hello. can you please check if you have a loose scroll wheel issue? a bit loose like when you push it sideways left and right, it moves a little. it also makes a small click feeling (but not the scroll wheel clicks)

Not at all, no matter how hard I shake it. My unit is solid af, so far no QC issues at all. Try contacting Razer, they are usually pretty ok with helping.
