I think this is a taste of his own medicine. I've always enjoyed watching Carlos but every time I see him, I think that his game is too brutal on his body. He's suffered another injury this weekend. He hasn't got Fed's natural gift of attacking tennis and has to earn every point. I will be surprised if he ever has an injury free season.

I'm a huge fan and I think he's the real deal, but I think his greatest challenge will be to remain healthy. Didn't view it but by accounts he ended his match V Norrie on one leg.

Alcaraz and many others including Federer, do and have done a lot of drop shots. It's legit, but not easy because it can make the player vulnerable. Fognini has identified a weakness in Alcaraz's game--and he exploited it. Nothing wrong with a little Machiavellianism in tennis.
