Imam Ali (AS) said that Satan's method is to deceive people by mixing truth with small falsehoods. This is the method used by Adnan Rashid. He speaks nicely and says nice things, but then he slips in a lie to deceive people. He claims to follow Quran and Sunnah, but in fact he judges Quran (the preserved Word of Allah) by hadith (something written by man) that supports his view. In one of his debates he had the audacity and/or stupidity to say that hadith is the "mother" of the Quran. How disgusting! He says he follows Ahlul Bayt and Quran, but in fact he lowers the status of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the status of the Quran, and the Ahlul Bayt, and raises the status of "sahaba", even when they killed other sahaba and waged wars against Ali (AS), the 4th Rightly Guided Caliph. If he was genuine he would put his arguments in writing, which would make it difficult for him to act like his hero, Muawiya, whose dirty politics he has adopted. He is a salafi, who believe that the Yazid was justified in sending an army to attack, kill and mutilate the bodies of members of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)'s family. He speaks as though he is a sunni, but his views are contrary to that of traditional sunnis and, as a salafi, he does not follow any of the 4 sunni Imams. Sunnis have a belief that a person will be guided if they follow ANY of the sahabas. There is a dispute about this and even about who are sahabis. However, in any case sunnis do not follow sahabis, but rather they follow one of the 4 sunni imams, Abu Hanifa, Malik, Hanbal, or Shafi, none of whom are sahabis. Shias follow Imam Ali. Since both sunnis and shias accept Imam Ali, why not unite by following his teachings? Salafis, like Adnan Rashid, do not follow any madhab, other than that of the Israeli ally, the Saudi madhab. We accept the Holy Prophet (SAW) because it is the truth that he was sent as a Messenger to guide mankind by Allah. True believers seek the TRUTH and not selective evidence to back up their opinion. The latter is tribalism, which is what the salfis do. The salafis follow the madhab of Satan, who refused to bow before Adam (PBUH), and only agreed to bow to Allah, as he did not consider Adam (PBUH) to be worthy of that kind of attention. The salafis too refuse to accept the special status of Ahl ul Bayt and even argue that the Holy Prophet (SAW) was just an "ordinary" man. Finally, an argument that is used repeatedly is that there is no explicit verse in the Quran that appoints Imam Ali as Caliph. This is the same argument used by groups like the Submitters, who argue that there are no specific details on how to pray, therefore you can pray anyway you want. Also, this argument is used only against shias - what about sunnis who follow Imams that are neither sahabis nor children of sahabis. AWhere is it mentioned explicitly in the Quran that Abu Bakr and Umar should be Caliphs? When it comes to these beliefs the standard is changed and any hadith that supports their view is put forward. Also if Adnan's view that the hadith is the "mother" of the Quran is true, why then does he now insist on explicit evidence from the Quran? The indirect verses in the Quran have a purpose and Adnan wants to make those verses redundant by demanding explicit verses. For sunnis who are being misguided by the likes of ignorant people like Adnan Rashid, who is just a pawn of the Saudis, I point to the fatwa of Al Azhar Universty, which declares the Jaffari (shia) madhab as a correct madhab that sunnis can follow. Do not follow the shia sect if you do not want to, but do not declare them as kaffir or as being outside of the fold of Islam. Shia and Sunni are brothers and conflict between the two is a deliberate objective and Israel and they allies, which includes the desert bandits, the Saudis. At least follow Sunni scholars! If he does not have any logic then again this hadith is enough to refute his argument. Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah, and whoever obeys the ruler I appoint, obeys me, and whoever disobeys him, disobeys me." Volume 9, Book 89, Number 251. When you obey someone unconditionally, what do you do? You pay allegiance of course!

Adnan Rashid at 52:40 - The hadith in sahih muslim from Zaid bin Arqam says wives are ahlulbayt but the ones who canno accept sadaqa are the prophet's kin. In the actual hadith: We said: Who are amongst the members of the household? Aren't the wives (of the Holy Prophet) included amongst the members of his house hold? Thereupon he said: No, by Allah, a woman lives with a man (as his wife) for a certain period; he then divorces her and she goes back to her parents and to her people; the members of his household include his ownself and his kith and kin (who are related to him by blood) and for him the acceptance of Zakat is prohibited. Hmm, ok lets unpack this false interpretation... Sahih al BukhariVolume 5, Book 59, Number 700: Narrated Sad: Allah's Apostle set out for Tabuk. appointing 'Ali as his deputy (in Medina). 'Ali said, "Do you want to leave me with the children and women?" The Prophet said, "Will you not be pleased that you will be to me like Aaron (Harun) to Moses (Musa)? But there will be no prophet after me." the Prophet (saw) didn't mean, by saying "you will be to me like Harun to Moses" the khilafah after him, and there is no disagreement that Haroon died before Musa (as)... and was not a khalifah after him, for the khalifah (successor of Musa) was Yusha' bin Noon, so if he wanted by his saying "you will be to me like Harun to Moses" the khilafah, he would have said "you will be to me like Yusha' was to Musa", so when he didn't say this it proved that he didn't want that meaning, but he wanted that "you are my deputy over my family in my life and my abscence from my family, like Harun was deputy of Musa over his people when he left to speak to his Lord. Other scholars of ahl assunah explained it the same, him being deputy of the Prophet (saw) over the women and children when he went to the battle of Tabuk just like Musa (as) left Harun (as) as his deputy when he went to his appointment with Allah ta'ala.

Shia guy does not give permission for others to speak in any of his debates, he will either jump from one question to another or repeat the same question such as “what is khilafa” 10x. He will then either laugh or speak to someone else .. he will then cherry pick a random question to skip points or to be asked a question so he doesn’t answer. He reminds me a lot of Tommy Robinson’s debate with Ali Dawah in the way he debates. You can tell the Shi’a brother is not passionate and doesn’t want to learn and teach but instead win a game as if it is a competition. The Sunni brother needs to not get emotional, but he is struggling to get a sentence together, a word or to even answer to a question that shiaa brother asks.. the shiaa brother sometimes asks and answers his own questions.

Do the Imams Have Any Authority on the Universe? The mercenary writers have tried more than one way to insult the followers of the Members of the House of the Prophet Muhammad. Among these shameful ways is the allegation that the Shi'ite Muslims believe that the Imams from the Members of the House of the Prophet Muhammad control the atoms of the universe. These writers declare that such a belief is a belief in the divinity of the Imams. They tried to prove this accusation by another allegation. They accused the revolutionary Islamic leader, Imam Khumayni, of saying in one of his books or lectures that the Imams from the Members of the House of the Prophet Muhammad control the atoms of the universe. I have never read such a statement in the books or lectures of Imam Khumayni. However, let us assume that he indeed said this. But let us try to understand his words instead of deliberately trying to misunderstand them. Did the revolutionary leader mean that the Imams have an independent authority over the atoms of nature separate from the authority of God Almighty? Did he mean that the Imams are able, by their own power, to change the course of nature? Could he not have meant that the Imams are so absolutely obedient to God, and that because of their purity and obedience to Him, He responds to their prayers? Therefore, if they ask Him to change a natural course, their prayers are answered. There is no doubt that Imam Khumayni does not think that the Imams have power independent from the Almighty. He is too pure and righteous to voice such a thing, write it, or think it. He is one of the most righteous, pure, and obedient to the Almighty. If Imam Khumayni had said that the Imams can control the atoms of the universe, he undoubtedly meant that the Imams of the House of the Prophet Muhammad had ascended in their obedience and worship to God to such a high degree that they could have asked the Almighty to transform the atoms of one object into the atoms of another, and He would have granted their request. Furthermore, if they had asked Him to revive a dead person, God would have brought him back to life. Is this a belief in the divinity of the Imams? Those who attribute such a statement to Imam Khumayni and consider it a deviation from the Islamic course should give the matter serious thought. They should test such a statement with the contents of the Holy Qur'an. The Great Book informs us of the miracles of the Prophets of God. And what is that in thy right hand, O Moses? He said: This is my staff. On it, I lean, and with it, I beat branches for my sheep, and in it I find other uses. "God said: Cast it down, O Moses! He cast it down, and behold! It became a snake, slithering. God said: Grasp it and fear not. We shall return it to its former state. "And draw thy hand to your side, it will come forth white without harm. That will be another miracle." (20: 17-22). This means that the dead cells which composed the rod of Moses were transformed into living cells. Then those living cells miraculously went back to dead cells. In chapter Al-Shu'ara, we read the following words of the Almighty: "We revealed to Moses: Strike the sea with thy staff. It parted, and each part was like a huge mountain." (26: 64) Does this not mean that God made the sea obedient to Moses to such a degree that Moses was able to divide the water of the sea into two solid parts, each of them as huge as a mountain in height and size? The Qur'an Informs Us Of Jesus In Ali- 'Imran, we read that the Almighty informed us about Jesus: "And we will make him a messenger to the children of Israel (with this message): I come to you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I raise the dead by Allah's leave . . ." (3:49) Here we see that the Almighty enabled Jesus to transform a piece of clay into a living bird that could fly like other birds. Is this the work of Moses or Jesus? Would the Qur'an invite us to deify someone other than God? The Qur'an Informs Us Of Muhammad In regard to the Prophet Muhammad, we read God's word in the chapter of The Moon: "The hour (of judgement) is near, and the moon has been split. But if they see a sign, they turn away and say: This is prolonged magic." (54: 1-2) This verse informs us that Allah split the moon in response to His Messenger Muhammad's prayer, and this never happened before the time of Muhammad. A Tree Walked In Response To The Order Of Muhammad We find in Nahj al-Balaghah that Imam Ali reported that he was with the Prophet when the chieftains of Quraysh challenged him and asked him to order a nearby tree to uproot and walk to him. They said that this would be visible evidence of his prophethood. The Messenger of God spoke to the tree saying: "Tree, if you believe in Allah and the Hereafter and know that I am a Messenger of God, uproot and walk until you stand in front of me, with permission of God." The tree, obeying the Prophet, uprooted and walked to him while making a loud noise like the wings of a flying bird. When the chiefs saw the tree standing in front of the prophet, they asked him to make half the tree come forward and keep the other half in its original place. When he did that, they said: "Let the half that came to you go back to the other half. He did." (Nahj al-Balaghah, part 2, pp.158-9) Ibn Hisham reported similar to this: "Rukanah Al-Muttalibi was the strongest man in Mecca. He met the Messenger outside Mecca and the Messenger invited him to Islam. Rukanah said: "If you can prove that you are a true messenger, I will follow you." The Messenger said: "What do you say if I wrestle you down? Will that make you believe that I am a true prophet?" Rukanah said: "Yes." The Prophet wrestled him down twice. Rukanah said: "Muhammad, this is really amazing. Did you really wrestle me?" The Prophet said: "I will show you more amazing things than this if you obey God and follow my way." Rukanah said: What is it? The Prophet said: "I will call this tree which you are looking at, and it will come to me." Rukanah said: Call it, and the Prophet called it. The tree came until it stood in front of him. The Prophet said to it: "Go back to your place," and it went to its original place. (Ibn Hisham, AI-Seerah al-Nabawiyyah, part 1, page 391) These miracles which occurred in response to prayers of the Messenger of God testify, as documented in the Qur'an, that Allah empowers His great servants to perform miracles by His permission. In other words, He responds to the prayers of His Messengers by creating miracles. What happened through the prophets does not indicate that they had any touch of divinity. On the contrary, it testifies that those prophets were true servants of God. They ascended to the highest degree of servitude to Him, and that their obedience to Him was absolute. Had they been otherwise, they would not have been able to perform any miracles, and no prayer by them would have been answered. They obeyed God completely and He responded to their prayers. Are The Imams Like The Prophets? It may be said that miracles are conceivable when they are attributed to messengers of God. However, the Imams of the Members of the House of the Prophet are not prophets. They were men of knowledge and righteousness, but none of them ascended to the degree of prophethood. This is true, but the Imams from the House of the Prophet were non-prophets because the prophethood was concluded by the Messenger of God, the Prophet Muhammad. Had the Messenger not been the last of the prophets, it would have been possible for the Imams, or some of them, to be prophets. Probably other people could have become prophets as well. The evidence of this is that the prophet said to Ali: "You are to me like Aaron was to Moses except that there shall be no prophets after me." (al-Bukhari, his Sahih, part 5, page 24). This means that Ali was like Aaron in everything except the prophethood. If any of the Sunnite scholars think that we are exaggerating by saying that Ali and the Imams from his children were qualified for the prophethood if the Messenger had not been the last of the Prophets, they should remember that prominent Sunnite scholars reported similar to this concerning 'Umar. The hadith-recorder Ahmad Ibn Hajar Al-Haythami in his book AI-Sawa'iq AI-Muhriqah, page 96, documents that Imam Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Hakim, and Al-Tabarani reported that 'Uqbah Ibn 'Amir said that the Messenger of God said: "Had it been possible to have a prophet after me, that prophet would have been 'Umar." Why should anyone think that it would be an exaggeration to say that Allah would make nature and the atoms of the universe obedient to the Imams of the House of the Prophet Muhammad when we do not consider it an exaggeration to say that 'Umar could have been a prophet if Muhammad had not been the final prophet. Ibn Hajar, in his Al-Sawa'iq, page 102, reported that when Egypt was conquered by the Muslims, there was a custom to throw a girl in the Nile River on the 11th night of one of the non-Arabic months in order that the Nile would continue to flow. It was believed that without throwing a girl into it, the Nile would not flow. Amr Ibn Al-’As wrote to the Caliph 'Umar concerning this custom. 'Umar sent a message to the Nile saying: "If you were flowing before by your own power, we do not want you to run; and if Allah is the one who makes you flow, we ask the Almighty to make you flow." Amr Ibn Al-’As threw the letter of 'Umar into the Nile one day before the Christian commemoration of the crucifixion. وَحَدَّثَنَا غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ يَقُولُ: لَمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى نَبِيِّهِ صلي الله عليه وآله «يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ» قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ عَرَفْنَا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَمَنْ أُولِي الْأَمْرِالَّذِينَ قَرَنَ اللَّهُ طَاعَتَهُمْ بِطَاعَتِهِ؟ فَقَالَ: هُمْ خُلَفَائِي يَا جَابِرُ وَأَئِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بَعْدِي أَوَّلُهُمْ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عليه السلام ثُمَّ الْحَسَنُ ثُمَّ الْحُسَيْنُ ثُمَّ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثُمَّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَعْرُوفُ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ بِالْبَاقِرِ وَسَتُدْرِكُهُ يَا جَابِرُ فَإِذَا لَقِيتَهُ فَأَقْرِئْهُ مِنِّي السَّلَامَ ثُمَّ الصَّادِقُ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثُمَّ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثُمَّ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى ثُمَّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثُمَّ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثُمَّ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثُمَّ سَمِيِّي وَذُو كُنْيَتِي حُجَّةُ اللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ وَبَقِيَّتُهُ فِي عِبَادِهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَغِيبُ عَنْ شِيعَتِهِ وَأَوْلِيَائِهِ غَيْبَةً لَا يَثْبُتُ فِيهَا عَلَى الْقَوْلِ بِإِمَامَتِهِ إِلَّا مَنِ امْتَحَنَ اللَّهُ قَلْبَهُ لِلْإِيمَانِ قَالَ جَابِرٌ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَهَلْ يَقَعُ لِشِيعَتِهِ الِانْتِفَاعُ بِهِ فِي غَيْبَتِهِ فَقَالَ صلي الله عليه وآله إِي وَالَّذِي بَعَثَنِي بِالنُّبُوَّةِ إِنَّهُمْ لَيَسْتَضِيئُونَ بِنُورِهِ وَيَنْتَفِعُونَ بِوَلَايَتِهِ فِي غَيْبَتِهِ كَانْتِفَاعِ النَّاسِ بِالشَّمْسِ وَإِنْ تَجَلَّاهَا سَحَابٌ يَا جَابِرُ هَذَا مِنْ مَكْنُونِ سِرِّ اللَّهِ وَمَخْزُونِ عِلْمِ اللَّهِ فَاكْتُمْهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَهْلِهِ. الصدوق، ابوجعفر محمد بن علي بن الحسين (متوفاي381هـ)، كمال الدين و تمام النعمة،ج‏1، ص253، ناشر:‌ اسلامية ـ تهران‏، الطبعة الثانية‏، 1395 هـ. الطبرسي، أبي علي الفضل بن الحسن (متوفاي548هـ)، اعلام الورى بأعلام الهدى، ص397،‌ ناشر:‌ اسلاميه. الإربلي، أبي الحسن علي بن عيسي بن أبي الفتح (متوفاى693هـ)، كشف الغمة في معرفة الأئمة، ج‏2، ص510، ناشر: دار الأضواء ـ بيروت، الطبعة الثانية، 1405هـ ـ 1985م. کفایه الاثر ص 8 / ینابیع الموده ص 494 / اثبات الهداه ج 3، ص 123 / غایه المرام ، ص 267

Salaamun alaikum bro/sis. Qur’an Speaks: Al-Taqiyya Vs. Hypocrisy Some people have fallen victim to confusing al-Taqiyya with hypocrisy, when in fact they (al-Taqiyya and Hypocrisy) are two opposite extremes. al- Taqiyya is concealing faith and displaying nonbelief; while Hypocrisy is the concealment of unbelief and the display of belief. They are TOTAL opposites in function, form, and meaning. The Qur’an reveals the nature of hypocrisy with the following verse: "When they meet those who believe, they say: `We Believe;’ but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: `We are really with you, we (were) only jesting (2:14)." The Qur’an then reveals al-Taqiyya with the following verses: "A Believer, a man from among the people of Pharaoh, who had CONCEALED his faith, said: "Will ye slay a man because he says, `My Lord is Allah’?....(40:28)”(Emphasis Mine.) Also: "Any one who, after accepting Faith in Allah, utters unbelief, EXCEPT under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in faith -- but such as open their breast to unbelief, -- on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Chastisement (16:106).”(Emphasis Mine.) And also: "Let not the believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, (they) shall have no relation left with Allah except by way of precaution ("tat-taqooh"), that ye may guard yourselves ("tooqatan") from them....(3:28)" Moreover: And when Moses returned unto his people, angry and grieved, he said: Evil is that (course) which ye took after I had left you. Would ye hasten on the judgment of your Lord? And he cast down the tablets, and he seized his brother by the head, dragging him toward him. (Aaron) said: "Son of my mother! Lo! People did oppress me and they were about to kill me. Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune nor count thou me amongst the sinful people. (Qur’an 7:150)" وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَىٰ إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِي مِن بَعْدِي أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَلْقَى الْأَلْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِي وَكَادُوا يَقْتُلُونَنِي فَلَا تُشْمِتْ بِيَ الْأَعْدَاءَ وَلَا تَجْعَلْنِي مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿الأعراف: ١٥٠﴾ Now, we see that Allah (SWT) Himself has stated that one of His (SWT) faithful servants concealed his faith and pretended that he was a follower of the Pharaoh’s religion to escape persecution. We also see that Prophet Aaron (Haroon) observed Taqiyya when his life was in danger. We also observe that al-Taqiyya is clearly permitted in a time of need. In fact, the Book of Allah instructs us that we should escape a situation which causes our destruction for nothing: "and make not your own hands contribute to your destruction (2:195)" Reason And Logic Aside from the instuctions of Quan and Hadith on the permissibility and necessity of Taqiyya, such necessity can also be derived from a logical and rational standpoint. It is apparent to any discerning observer that Allah (SWT) has bestowed upon His (SWT) creation certain defense mechanisms and instincts to protect themselves from impending danger. this hadeeth is authentic, and is true Ali RA was the fourth khalifa and successor . Shia brothers wake up and smell the coffee your religion is based on hate fabricated narrations. and the 12 imam thing is pure kufr. The following hadith proves that neither Ali (RA) or anyone else was appointed by the Prophet (SAW) as caliph: Narrated by `Abdullah bin `Abbas: `Ali bin Abu Talib came out of the house of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) during his fatal illness. The people asked, "O Abu Hasan (i.e. `Ali)! How is the health of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) this morning?" `Ali replied, "He has recovered with the Grace of Allah." `Abbas bin `Abdul Muttalib held him by the hand and said to him, "In three days you, by Allah, will be ruled (by somebody else ), And by Allah, I feel that Allah's Apostle will die from this ailment of his, for I know how the faces of the offspring of `Abdul Muttalib look at the time of their death. *So let us go to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and ask him who will take over the Caliphate. If it is given to us we will know as to it, and if it is given to somebody else, we will inform him so that he may tell the new ruler to take care of us." `Ali said, "By Allah, if we asked Allah's Apostle for it (i.e. the Caliphate) and he denied it us, the people will never give it to us after that. And by Allah, I will not ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) for it."* [Sahih Bukhari book 64, hadith 467] A clear hadith, narrated by the Ahlul Bayt. Who knows the matters of the ahlul bayt more than a member of it? Ali clearly was not appointed as his successor by the Prophet at any instance during the Prophets life, otherwise Abbas and Ali wouldn't have wondered about who the caliph will be.
