Agreed, as a saffa living in NZ only Mills ever has anything useful to say Jeff and John are always so out of touch, a bunch of wannabees acting like they're Elon Musk level in status and so up in their ego. Razor is too classy for these chumps, you can tell when they get a guest with genuine class, they always look so awkward around these wannabees.

Hi Panel, as SA supporter, I like your programme, I want to humbly recommend that you give more time to your great new Coach Razor to participate. Razor is a great Coach, we in SA would love to hear his heart. Razor, know that we respect and love the ABs. Many times in the past various ABs players demonstrated a combination of extreme professionalism and humbleness. Razor, we are seeing forward to see you in SA. Let the game RUGBY be the winner. Many previous ABs players and coaches laid a great foundation for Razor and his coaches. I love Rassie as our SA coach, and believe that Razor will also contribute much to rugby globally.

Was so stoked 4 years ago when NZR never appointed SR, Razor, as the AB coach then. Literally jumped out my seat when they announced Ian Foster as the coach. Looking forward to significant improvements in rugby by 2027! Here are my biggest wishes: ● The All Blacks NEVER EVER lose to Ireland again. Up until 2016, Ireland had never beaten us, but since then, we have lost to them FIVE times!!! ● Australia returns to the top 3 rankings, alongside the All Blacks and South Africa. ● England achieves a consistent No. 4 ranking and wins the Six Nations multiple times. ● Ireland finally manages to advance past the World Cup quarterfinals (without defeating NZ, of course). ● South Africa and NZ/AUS initiate annual provincial/franchise clashes. ● Razor achieves the best winning record of any former AB coach. ● Rugby grows significantly in America and Canada. ● The Six Nations considers options like relegation/7 nations or expansion to 8 nations with the inclusion of Georgia and Portugal. ● Rugby flourishes in some of my favorite rugby nations: Argentina, Japan, Samoa, Fiji, and Tonga.

When you pick from overseas-based players, you double the size of your selectable pool. Overseas-based players should only be selected if they have played at least a season at international level for the ABs. This allows the players to become more valuable to their overseas club, and increase the velocity of NZ talent getting to the top. The difference between the ABs and the Boks is that the Boks had a problem suppressing up and coming players and losing them to other nations - and financing their roster! The NZ talent pool is highly skilled but tiny. Now is the time to do it so that the 'fresh' layer of talent has time to mature in the black jersey before the next RWC. I am happy to hear that Razor is talking about learning how to win in at least three different ways!

Leon McDonald, Jason Holland, Jason Ryan, Scott Hansen. All come from Super Rugby teams, and have pretty spotty records, but they're Scott Robertson's chums so they get a pass. It'll be interesting to see whether the double-standard currently being applied, versus the public dunking Ian Foater got for his appointments, survives the first season in charge, one that promises to be challenging and illuminating as to the true state of NZ rugby.

I feel it’s only the case when NZ are ontop and everyone is telling them how great they are and the gatekeepers of the game. In other words it only applies when NZ win. If SA are ontop The saltiness is from NZ. Point in case. Here’s you saying salty saffas watching Breakdown. At least we are watching NZ shows. Coz we respect what NZ views and comments are. Be they positive or negative. How many NZ tune into Supersport shows on YT ??? I’d hazard a guess nowhere near the same amount. Implying NZers are not particularly interested. @@71bootneck There are bad apples in every country. If you watch Aotearoa Rugby Pod you will find a very respectful panel who go about their business professionally. Same with our written media, there are the pros and the click bait reporters. The same thing happens in SA as well. Mark Keohane and his mate, Zel have both ridiculed and belittled NZ rugby ad nauseam over the last few years, but I'm sure you also have balanced journos who don't. Over the last two years since the Saffa teams started playing in the URC I have also read hundreds of comments on SM from saffas belittling Super Rugby and calling it soft / basketball etc. I think it's time to acknowledge your own hypocrisies bro and not try and take the moral high ground here. It seems like any negative comment about SA rugby (from any source) is not received well at all by most saffas. You can't dictate what people choose to say, they are entitled to their own opinions.

No, SRP is not a better competition than the URC or the Top 14. It's about level with the Premiership. Japan RL1 and MLR are still below SRP, but not by much. Some of the teams in SRP are junk, and would be stuck in 2nd division competitions in other parts of the world.
