48 V will burn up the stock MX 350 motor. Make sure you have the upgraded motor with motor adapter plate if you’re gonna be running 48 V.

You don’t put a 48v kit on the mx350 unless you have a bigger brushed motor and motor adapter plate

Hey bud any chance you know of a motor for a mx125 that can handle the DeWalt 18-20v battery swap? I swapped following I believe yours and many others KZbinrs vids showed and my daughter ran it for about a week and the motor burnt up. I don't want to swap the controller and throttle. My youngest will get this bike after my 6 yr old graduates up to the mx350. The 125 is a good fit for her size and she can use it similar to a push/balance bike as she learns balance.

I used your 48 volt over volt kit on my mx500 and it caught on fire do you know why it happened

Fire can only be caused from battery or mishandling of wires. What battery did you have? Did you make sure battery wasn’t secured and or touching metal or where it can run through ?
