Definitely have to agree with 3 of the 5 choices. I didn't have the Syncro4, but I have been considering on...and, the Typhon Grom BLX is, most definitely, a "must have" (I'm still awaiting mine). Regarding the Rlaarlo OT, I am in agreement...but, if the new XTS-F10 had already been readily available, I think it would have either supplanted the OT...or, it could have been added to the list as a 'bonus' 6th vehicle. As it's based on the OT chassis, we already know it's going to be outstanding.

Nice list, I just picked up an Arrma Fury brushed and swapped my Senton 3s electronics in it. Man what a truck. I’ve raced for most of my life and had all the popular brands but the fury for the $$ is great. Gorgon is next I’ve never had a monster truck unless the Kraton counts..

I’m looking for a RC to jump at Calaveras BMX park. My son and I have a 1/8 Arrma Notorious. But we don’t have your skill level and constantly breaking parts with our poor landings. I was thinking the Arrma 3s Granite being lighter wouldn’t break as much. But now I see the Redcat Valkyrie similar in price. How would you compare the two for jumping flipping at Calaveras?

​@ninerminer370 Honestly, the Maxx is worth the extra $250 because it'll save quite a bit of money on repairs in the long run. Just make sure you don't accidentally buy version 1. The version 2 has the Widemaxx kit preinstalled. Without it, the Maxx spends more time on it's lid than on its wheels😊

​@@ninerminer370for $300 The Redcat Valkyrie is a great choice. It's 4s power and large 10th scale. If it's not every bit as tough as the Maxx then it'll take a very long time to break enough parts to equal it to the Maxx price. You can practically buy 2 Valkyrie trucks for what 1 Maxx cost. The Valkyrie will smoke the Maxx in speed and handles better. The steering servo isn't the best but it's better than the plastic geared joke the Maxx comes with. I had a v2 Maxx and sold it a couple weeks after buying my first Arrma. I used to only buy Traxxass now I buy anything but Traxxass.
