I must admit, I admire Razor and the staff for not leaking the details on De Groots behaviour. Too often, players make off field mistakes and then the media dine out on it and distract sides from their prep. NRL is notorious for it lol Razor has dealt with De Groot, looks like he's owned his mistake(s) and given the opportunity to earn his spot back. No doubt the rest of the team have supported him. If we never find out the detail then even better. Really good to see and I think that reflects Razor's ability to manage his men.

Does that include dropping Ardie in it at the press conference after the Argentina loss, and telling Sir John Kirwan he didn't agree with Barrett going for goal instead of the lineout. He will talk to his captain later about it. Not how a coach, or anyone in charge of people, treats his players. If you want to talk about Razors ability, great coach, awful selector. Can't make the tough calls, even though we were told he could.

Well said, player management is part of the selection process, we cry foul over why Roigard was subbed early without actually knowing the full details, hes still not 100 %, is a great example, when everyone is at full fitness and dialled in, this side is going to be awesome.....

Logical loose forward trio. I am disappointed he didn't start Perofetta at 10 and Love at 15. Havilli shouldn't be there. Shouldn't even have been in the squad. Lam should be on the bench. Would be great to see the young players get to play with the experienced ones. Dmac on the bench is his best position, I agree. Good forward pack and nice to see Cane and TJ get to play their last games. People who don't like Cane need to talk to his peers. Ritchie McCaw always had good things to say about him, and both players and coaches talk of his mana and standing in the team.

this is perfect game to develop, not give old players sentimental sendoffs. Shouldve given ratima a chance to find mojo after 2 bad games. wish Proctor was still with squad. lienert brown, havili, cane and tj have all played well for ABs, but i question their selections for this match.

I had expected Scott Robertson to trial more young guys starting from the first England test this year. 2025 looks to be the year 10, 12 and 13 get sorted. Benji Marshall would have been an outstanding All Black 10 after Daniel Carter if he stuck with union.

For this game razor shouldve given the younger guys an opportunity I understand trying to end on a good note but the guys who were in the camp deserve a shot he shouldve picked something like this: 1 Newell 2 Aumua 3 Bower 4 Lord 5 Barret 6 Kirifi 7 Cane (Play the full 80 as his last game in the all blacks) 8 Lakai 9 TJ (Play the full 80 as his last game in the all blacks) 10 Perofeta 11 Fihaki 12 Lam 13 Proctor 14 Narawa 15 Love 16 Bell 17 Tuungafasi 18 Tosi 19 Holland 20 Haig 21 Lio-Willie 22 Hotham (Injury Cover for tj) 23 Havili (Injury Cover for backs I know he's a utility back that's the only reason I picked him) I made these team based off those who have been included in the all blacks team as injury cover, extended squad etc not my personal picks but choosing from razors selections this year

@@EdgarJnrJnr Razor has picked players from the originally named northern tour squad. You don’t give caps for the sake of giving caps, it’s the abs. I like the team sheet however a lot of players out of position and named in the abs XV originally. People forget that being in the ABs environment is the biggest value… that’s why players like Sititi, Ratima and last weekends Lakai can step up and make impact straight away. The environment is the most important aspect to a squad.

When will Robertson wake up to the fact that Ioane is not a bloody centre? Clearly Proctor decided it was better to be home with his wife than getting splinters in his backside sitting on the bench. Next year I think the centre pairing has to be JB and Proctor or ALB/Proctor.

@@GeorgeMcphillips-v6n these days, international sides have multiple leaders, a senior players group, and some individuals within that group are capable of wearing the captain's armband, which identifies who can talk to the ref, like a delegate, if the wrong decision is made, the senior players group is partly responsible as well as the captain, for example Codie stuffs up the throw in after Barrett calls a lineout, or DMac taps and runs after Barrett has said kick for goal....they win together and they also lose together..

Seems like you are the one with an unhealthy thing with the Barrett's. Its his shockingly bad attachment to the crusaders that resulted in two very bad decisions by making Scott Barrett captain costing us last weeks game and havili being involved in a team he shouldn't be anywhere near that concerns me

I really after Beauden did his 2nd player of the year wanted NZ To with Jordie added hurt teams, then the challenge start for me. Jordie no need to throw ball back in WELLINGTON AGAINST THE BOKKE THEY WERE BEHIND, THAT GAVE THEM THE WIN.Then lost to Ireland at home all three brothers then to pumaz2 times again all three.
