Im sorry to hear about your nans passing :( I lost my grandma last year and my dad the year before that. Its been... different and i think im still dealing with the loss. But ive been enjoying going through your archive of Eureka reviews and just diving into your channel that i discovered just this year and then the algorithm buried it for awhile, then i found you again lol. Best wishes 🙏

2:33 😯That happened to me too. It probably took me more than 8 years for my mental health to recover from that.

I totally understand the feelings of loss mate, especially at different ages. I lost my dad when I was 10, and then lost my younger sister and grandad a few years ago. Things definitely hit differently and make you realise life is too short to waste energy on the wrong things. Gotta keep the head up and move forward as they'd want us to, while appreciating and remembering them.

Hope you’re ok. I’ve suffered similar losses this year - my Dad and a close friend too. I’ve definitely felt that dull numbness. A joy for me has been watching and discovering great films. One of my 20 favourite films of the year is 1961’s Lola, which you recommended. Thanks so much for that 🙏. The film has certainly made me want to visit Nantes. Take it easy. 👍

Sorry for your loss, buddy. We of a certain age have all been there and it is never, never easy. Give yourself some grace and do only what you enjoy and want to do. I follow your videos and really enjoy your honest commentary on films and physical media. Hang in there. We look forward to whatever you do next.

Sorry to hear about your nan. My nan died a few years back, and I was a similar age to you. It definitely hits differently when you're older. You can appreciate them and accept the reality of aging a bit more, but that brings its own problems and negative thoughts too. Just try and stay positive and keep going. Sounds like she was a wonderful woman and a good grandmother to you. I've watched your stuff for years and I know how much of a bond you have with family, so I'm sending good wishes at a difficult time. All the best Luke
