R32 never came with a turbo rb25. They only had turbo rb20 and rb26. The s1/s2 rb25 came in the r33 gtst and rb25 neo was the r34 gtt. With that being said mad props to another fellow rb25 s13 coupe owner that rips.

tandem drifting makes no sense to me? people are destroying all these cars. The race style like in initial D makes more sense to me.... the cars weren't treated like trash they were valued because it was about racing not crashing and getting close???? lol whatever it kinna looks cool.

The origin of tandem drifting is touge style racing, where the lead car is trying to leave the chase car behind. It is considered a win for the chase car if they can keep up with the lead car. In tsuiso, the tandem competition, it's the same thing: the chase car is evaluated on their ability to keep up with the lead car. That, and doing multi-car tandems looks really cool and it probably a lot of fun with your friends. Since way, way back, Drift Tengoku magazine had amateur drift teams compete against each other, first with solo runs, then team tandems. There was almost always carnage, but that's just the risk of motorsport. Tandem drifting is integral to the sport, and usually the main format of competitive drifting.

@@firelizard2 Agreed! It is pretty awesome looking, but I kinda feel like the S chassis cars will end up like the a386 is becoming in price if we destroy them with no sympathy. I wanna see more diversity in competition styles too, like why can't we have down hill stuff and some grip cars vs drift cars. Idk its feeling more and more like a demolition derby that replays over and over. I have nothing against it I just can't watch it lol it gets boring, and feels like a waste.
