imagine how much cleaner they could have been if they didn't waste so much time learning and cleaning this 20 minute long sequence back in my day we'd crank 8s at 240 three times and be ready to go easily could have won a second sanford smh

sure bud, 8's only warm ups is what you do when you don't try to teach the concepts to students. EVERYONE HAS WARM UP SEQUENCES! They're trying to WARM UP my guy, that's what you do when you're WARMING UP. And i'd be surprised if wherever you marched only ran 8's at 240 to get ready to perform a whole show.
