re: 3:25 He's almost certainly siding solemn for dragon turbo/sworn variants going 2nd. Why not maining solemn is a topic beaten to death with no answer, but you side it specifically going 1st into those decks because you can blow up a large number of their hands by solemning their charge/first draw card/whatever. It's pretty much just 'better dustshoot' at that point vs those decks, you can brick or at least significantly slow down most of their hands doing that. He might be using it for other match ups (or just 'going 1st' in general) but those are the main decks people side solemn for if they don't main it.
