RBFRS Chester Step Test

One wonders if this was conducted outside if the results would be different...based on oxygen levels within certain buildings etc. There are a lot of variables that are not being considered in this test which kind of makes it questionable.

What is a failure on this test? If your HR goes over 80% before year end?

There is no 'failure' - you are given a score. Up to whoever requires the test to determine what is an acceptable score.
