Question since you have this how is it organized? The reason I say this is due to it having a lot of information. So do you actually need to use 1 to 2 techniques? Or all in live sparring? How does this work?

Csw level 4 is the same as a brown or black belt?

His teaching style is fast as hell . Teaches principles over techniques but I hope he goes slower in the instructionals!
