RC ADVENTURES - PROJECT: "BUMBLEBEE-ST" 4x4 DUALLY Model Pick Up Truck (Tribute to Bumblebee)

"BUMBLEBEE-ST" where, the "ST", stands for "Street Truck". Light Bar, or Not to Light Bar - This is the Question... Blue Angel Halo Head Lights, Aluminum C-Hubs, Roll Bar, Snorkel and Light Bar?! This is a difficult decision for me. I was late night shopping at greensmodels.co.uk/ and ordered what I thought I needed. But when it arrived.. I saw that my eagerness led me to purchase some items I didn't need (or rather - for the wrong model) Regardless, the items I did need were here as well, and I was able to strengthen the front axle/steering area with some Aluminum C-Hubs.
Also, I have installed a roll bar, although I had to modify it from the original setup - I think it looks pretty killer. The Snorkel for the Kit seems very large to me. Almost, oversized - and I didnt like the look of it. That's ok.. I'm sure I can get it to fit another model I have at some point.
Next, its on to the Lights. My Halo Lights are installed in the Headlight area, and I am pondering - Do I leave use the OnetoomanyRC's Light bar, or do I use the Old School Light Pods? I guess I will decide that at a later date. I would love to hear your opinion!
The model of truck I am using is a "Cross RC PG4L". I purchased it at "Action Hobby", in Calgary Alberta, Canada.
My paint job was done by Ryan at Bloodshot Airbrushing. He does have a KZbin channel here: / bloodshotchannel

I have been watching your channels for a while now. Like your stuff. I also watch different channels and I have to say, there aren't many channels who are doing tuning and heavy rebuilding. So please keep on doing them. Maybe you could start new 1/10 scale off road competition/grawler build? I would really like to see that you combain different manufacturer quality parts (like Traxxas TRX-4 alloy axles, cable steering, four wheel steering a.s.o) Try to do really high quality build 😉 . I hope that you will continue your channels for a long time. And maybe your son will take them over when he is older 😎

Upgrades!!! Gotta love upgrades!! But do you HAAAVE to drill holes!?! I say no snorkel.. . But I'm biased.... lol The rest is lookin good broski!! I love the red!! Just like the symbol!! And yes!! Definitely A lift kit!! I'm not sure about the roll bars..... maybe black rather then chrome?? Their just a bit tooooo clean... and I prefer the light bar to the bucket lights... there is my 2 cents! 2.5 with the Canadian conversion... P.S. Thanks for the Shout Out Brother!! Yeah the Red C hubs they match the Transformer logo on top of the truck I like the light bar but definitely leave off that snorkel

No snorkel, the light pods makes it look like a true off road truck. With the light bar in my opinion looks like a road/show truck. Great work with this build I'm always here to the end and will be here for more builds to come.

Amazing truck! I vote no snorkel and to use the light buckets. The round buckets go with the round headlights. The chrome on the bar fits with the chrome bumpers. Can't wait to see the sound kit. Keep up the awesome work!

Make the rear roll bar black, don’t put on the snorkel and use the bucket lights rather than the light bar as the bucket lights make it look more beastly.Love the vids keep it up

Bumble Bee-st is awesome! I think the roll bar looks better with the light pod bar instead of the led bar! Not sold on the snorkel yet! The inner C's on the front axle would look better black or especially yellow! Love the halo lights too!

I say light buckets on the roll bar as keeping with the transformer theme they look like when he transforms they would be like rocket launchers, whereas the other light bar just looks like it would be lights and no snorkel by the way. it does not seem necessary.

Yes for the light pods, no for the snorkel. Not sure if there is a “Part 2” video build of the Bumblebee-ST. The list of 7 videos shows going from the original unboxing video with the grey unpainted body directly to the finished, painted product with lighting installed, waiting for a sound kit and red steering knuckles. Awesome rig and killer paint job by Bloodshot. Appreciate the entertainment and inspiration. Geezer 91.

Holy smokes! Nice rig! You've really got me into this stuff. I mainly flew drones and planes but a few months ago I picked up a wltoys 1/12 buggy and completely re-did it. It was so much fun I went and bought and built a Wraith, an Axial Scx10 Jerp, a couple crawlers, a 1/8 crawler....... Spent some money lol. Love watching your vids and learning
