I came here to see how well the stampede handles the bigfoot tire/wheel size. Thinking about upgrading because the tire is part of the suspension and should help the truck on big air high speed jumps.

I loved the video especially with the use of the front end loader. There are a couple of things that I’m still curious about. The first thing is how you attached the antenna segment with the truck’s logo to the chassis. The second thing is why you chose not to use the bodies. (I’m not trying to say you should have used the bodies- this is more of a why you did this type of question). I also noticed an LED light in one corner of the windshield. Where did you get it and how did you install it? I apologize in advance if this seems like a jumble of words

Thank you! To answer your questions, 1: the antenna is made of thin metal, so I was able to crimp or flatten one end of it, and slide it between the transmission case and the rear bumper. 2: I chose not to use the bodies for several reasons. The bodies are very rare, so I don’t want to destroy them. Since I drive the trucks without the bodies most of the time, my driving style is a little less exciting when I do use them. The bodies also act like parachutes in the air, so when I’m jumping, they actually limit how big I can go. 3: the LED was a custom accessory that I tried, to mimic a real monster trucks RII light. All 4 trucks have them, but some of them have broken because of the beating that the trucks take. All I did was solder a red LED bulb to a pos/neg wire with a Futaba plug to fit in the receiver. It is powered through the receiver with the trucks main battery. I zip tied the bulb to the roll cage. Hopefully these answered your questions. Never hesitate to ask, because I’m always glad to share info 👊
