As an owner of a real life one, I gotta say that is one RC that I want. It would be so very cool to fly it when conditions are more active than I would launch in, then when my RC guy is flying in nice launch air then time to put him away and go up myself.

Finally ! I wanted to ask you to shot an episode about OPALE Paramodels, they have really good paramotors. I'm flying a 2.7 meter wingspan for the last year and just ordered the 5.0 meter wingspan. Thank you for that episode, enjoy your new wing :)

As has been said the "brakes" are not elevators. They are used for 2 purposes - firstly by using one brake you can turn left or right (which is what the rudder/aileron stick does) secondly both brakes (the elevator stick) can be used to flare the paramotor just before landing. Throttle is used to climb or descend. There are heaps of KZbin vids on flying a paramotor or paraglider (full size) that shows how they fly.

Great fun to see you guys picking up the ins and outs on paramotoring! You might find it interesting to rig it onto a trike or quad, then you could launch the way we do!

It's funny how they are COMPLETELY clueless when it comes to the physics of how a ram air airfoil works. They barely scratched the surface of all the cool stuff they could do with that. Like the spirals, full loops, thermal gliding. I bet / hope behind the scenes they're learning all this stuff and we get a revisit very soon. It's a totally new area and visually stunning if they can learn the tricks. It would be even more fun to watch if Peter designed a reserve chute system (wink wink).

This looks liek a good FPV platform for Landscape shoots and long duration flights, not fast but can carry a lot of stuff( battery) and glides very smooth

He Guys from Flite Test. Para RC have NO Elevator. This is a Break. You can use it to slow down the Paragleider. You have only left an right. To go climb put on more Thtottel, to desent Shut off the Throttel.

I traded my fpv flying for flying a scale powered paramotor a few months back. Watching this video that model seems to mimic the real thing real close. I saw Tucker shouted in the comments, I watch his videos all the time, take him up on his offer to go play with the scale ones!!! I'm in Ohio again in September, willing to show you mine up close as well. Cool video!
