7:10 ailerons go OUTBOARD.! 7:17 the cg is Supposed to be located at Thirty percent of chord.! thus, cg located at 1/4 chord is FORWARD of what is normal. thirty percent of chord Does Assume that a model has a nominal distribution of mass (dom). meaning, there should not be excess tail-heaviness, in the dom. 7:43 the elongation of the nose is excessive; reduce it by about six inches. googletranslate

Thank you for your detailed comment. It seems you have considerable experience. I agree with your suggestion to keep the Center of Gravity (CG) at C/3; however, for beginners, flying a little nose-heavy enhances pitch stability, crucial for new pilots. Regarding ailerons, positioning them in the max outward direction increases roll effectiveness. Still, due to vortices and circulation at the wingtip, not all aileron surfaces work effectively, diminishing overall effectiveness-especially without winglets or proper wingtips. Placing ailerons a little inside reduces the moment arm but improves roll stability due to smooth attached flow over the ailerons.
