This is very nice. How you did setup the triple motors? Do you have any close up on how the steering servo works? Are the motors proportional? I am planning to build a Sunseeker Predetor 62, but I am not sure how I can work out the motors. It seems these boats do not have a rudder.

Hi there, thanks for your message. The original has three Arneson-drives (a propulsion system that can be moved to steer) and thus needs no rudders. My model has two conventional drive shafts (outer props) and the two motors are controlled through a mixer module, similar to those used in RC tanks. This gives me high manoeuvrability -> full forward on one engine, and full backward on the other and the model can basically turn on the spot. Im mixing the throttle chanel and the steering chanel so I can steer the model with one control lever on my radio. The third prop (middle one) is not functional on my model, its simply the plastic part included in the kit. hope this helps ;)

@@modellteichrc3988 Wow. This is Absolutely brilliant. I am also planning to build on of these. May I know which transmitter you are using to mix the motors? I have a 6 channel FlySky i6 Transmitter. Do you think it would be possible to have the same set up? Thank you so much. This is work of art indeed. Loved the video too.

@@SonnetGomes Thanks =) I use a Flysky transmitter myself and it works perfectly. the mixing is done through a module I found on aliexpress: www.aliexpress.com/item/33008316502.html?spm=2114.13010708.0.0.3a994c4dA2HcNF works well with small brushed motors . what scale are you going for?
@SonnetGomes3 жыл бұрын
@@modellteichrc3988 Great. I am planning a 1:20 scale. I dont need anything superfast, but probably will go with 390 or 540 motor with dual ESC. It would be interesting to see how it turns you. Thank you.

Unfortunately the kit (Revell) is sold out, but from time to time you can find one on ebay or similar platforms.
