RC4WD TF2 Marlin Crawler VS. Traxxas TRX4 Bronco! [Which Truck is the Hard Line King??]

In this video, we look at the differences between the RC4WD TF2 Marlin Crawler and the Traxxas TRX4 Bronco!
These rigs are very different, and it’s easy to tell just by looking at them. But what happens when we set up some cones and put the TRX4 head-to-head with the TF2?? To answer that question, I set up a little six gate course with a few hard lines and got to work on navigating through them with these two awesome trucks! Which truck would you rather drive through terrain like this? Keep in mind, while the TRX4 has far more done to it than the TF2, the mods that I’ve added haven’t exactly been ideal for hitting hard lines…

Not apples to apples comparison! And you said that! To me the video was more what to aspect out of a top heavy trail truck V a more set up rock crawler! I enjoyed the video!!!

These are artifical rocks get both on natural rocks maybe in a wild riverrock bead the "scissor" of experience go way more on the Bronco side with portal axels and much more real ground clearance. We have some TRx4 trails a TF2 got non chance too survive even too a bone stock Bronco out of the box.

What would you choose between a trx4 and a rc4wd TF2 midnight edition ? The TF2 is more affordable for me because he come RTR not the trx4

Depends on what you're looking for! Definitely very different trucks, and I think it depends on what you personally enjoy. For myself, I think the TF2 is very capable but also a blast to learn and overcome the weaknesses that come along with the leaf spring setup. To me, the TF2 feels more like the challenge of driving a real truck-but that's not to say it can't eat lines! The TRX-4 is a bit more of a beefy truck that is more over-engineered and can stand up to an absolute beating. It's not incredible capable as a line-killer or comp-style truck out of the box, but it's certainly a versatile platform for a trail rig, or even a comp rig with some tuning and fiddling.
