But the team is pretty balanced. We have good anchor in virat. Salt provides explosive batting at the top. Patidar at 3 solid against spin. Liam at 4, jitesh at 5, tim at 6 , krunal at 7. Middle and lower middle order is sorted. In bowling bhuvi and hazlewood are pretty smart bowlers, will do well at chinnaswamy. Rasikh is a good death bowling option. Suyash and krunal are more than enough at chinnaswamy. We lack one good spinner which puts us at a disadvantage in spinning conditions. But I think only chennai and lucknow is where we will be at a disadvantage. Also the way ipl is going with crazy flat pitches, spinners are anyhow gonna get bashed. I dont think this is a trophy winning team but I feel they will qualify for the playoffs atleast. And in the next auction they can focus on spin and build a reliable team.

Rather than going with Tim David as an extra overseas batter along with Livingston and Salt they should include Nuwan to strengthen their pace bowling unit Nuwan is someone I think who can be very useful for them in death and his yorkers are gonna more effective for wicket taking purpose and he also know how how stop power hitters. Also the team could include suyash in spin effective condition and Yash in pace effective condition and both are good bowlers know how to take wicket in any condition. And this team has an effective batting till no 8 and has 7 bowling option which is really very interesting. If I have to find weakness in this team is that they don't have two left arm slow bowler but no good off spinner so a left hand dominating team like KKR might be problem for RCB spin attack and also they don't have many leftie batters so most of the team would use left bowlers against them

But will jacks is an opener so he would've had a lot of hit and miss games. Better, more reliable option was David. And Jitesh is a long run player, far better option than ishan kishan who is untrustworthy and would take a lot of money in future auctions.

He is not a great bowlers who takes wickets but he always check runs at a very crucial moment and thus create pressure to the opposite team.
