Hey man, great video, do you still have this setup? Do you recommend the RCM S1 slave cylinder? I have a Kawasaki Z900 and will use it with a Hel radial master cylinder and brake line. What do you think?
@quikspin9 ай бұрын
Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks! Yes, I still have this setup and it's working absolutely fine. Doesn't Hel make slave cylinder?
@KafkaesqueRider9 ай бұрын
@@quikspin thanks for the reply bro! 🙏🏽, No, Hel only has master cylinders for front and rear brake but not for clutch, I just found that Accossato makes clutch slave cylinders I think that will be my choice

I saw this video and installed in my fz 250 since my clutch was hard. I paid 17000 and 1000 as labour charge. I am very dissatisfied since it didn't improve in softness drastically where as brembo ones which is not hydraulic and much cheaper yet it was way softer than RCB. Guys after owning a RCB clutch I would go for brembo anyday.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with the product I reviewed on my KZbin channel. I understand how frustrating that must be, especially if you were hoping for a better experience. I want to assure you that I didn't endorse the product in any way. I simply reviewed it based on my own personal experience, and I did my best to be as objective as possible. I know that doesn't make your current situation any better, but I wanted to reach out and apologize for any disappointment you've experienced.

Great Content. A work around for heavy clutch is clutch arm extension which also increases friction zone. Can you share your thoughts on vesrah ceramic brake, its performance and effects on brake disc rotor?
@quikspin Жыл бұрын
Thanks! Thus far I had to change only the front disc pads and I have stuck to Brembo as I am happy with it. I haven't been hearing much about Vesrah though. Meanwhile, I have also learnt that EBC is equally good but it's as expensive as Brembo, if not more.

Nice content brother. I was looking for clutch length adjustment,and have decided to buy hydraulic ones. Can you tell your thoughts on brembo copy one vs RCB please ?
@quikspin2 жыл бұрын
Thanks brother. I will not go for copies. Like I have emphasized towards the end of the video, clutch and brake is a critical touch point. I understand it's expensive, but safety is invaluable hence quality is paramount. I searched for Brembo but i couldn't find anyone who could source the original ones. RCB was the next best option I had. Thus far, it's doing well.

Hey man, lovely content keep it coming. I purchased the Interceptor 650 and have been driving it around for 2.5 month's but recently I have been struggling with the clutch a lot. There's a continuous pain whenever I use the clutch, especially in traffic & it's really starting to get worse. I understand the clutch is a bit on the harder side but do you think these hydraulic clutch system's are a good solution for that? I'm not worried about how expensive it's gonna be cuz in the end health is wealth. So please do let me know If you have any suggestions for a good Hydraulic clutch system. Also is it possible to install only the hydraulic clutch and keep the brakes stock?
@quikspin2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your feedback. Agree that the clutch is a bit on the harder side. The hydraulic clutch did improve the feel and operation, however it's not that significant given the price tag (personal view). Yes, it's possible to install only the clutch assembly but it would really look odd as the RCB levers are small and compact, while the stock levers are relatively bigger and longer. If I could suggest, get the Pro-spec easy clutch assembly. It's way cheaper and hopefully should resolve your issue. With regards to hydraulic clutch systems, there are many fakes available in the market especially that of Brembos. RCB is a good brand and you can go for them. Make sure the dealer is legit.

Hi sir, Very interesting video.. I am owning Honda hiness and Int650, using alternate weeks. Honda's clutch is very smooth since it has slipper assist and Int650 do have the same, but lot of pressure is required to operate Int650's clutch .. Now I am planning to go with RCB brake and clutch system for my Int650. Can I expect the operating pressure will match or near to my honda hiness? If you could not compare with honda hiness, compare with Int650 before and after with percentage. your answer will be helpful on decision.. Thanks a lot for useful content.

Hello Prabhu - I appreciate your message. As I mentioned in the video, if convenience of use is your only consideration, you may ignore the small advantages of utilising an RCB clutch assembly. Alternatively, you may consider less expensive options. Without a doubt, the RCB brake unit is an improvement.

Hey man would really appreciate if you could help if possible, I just purchased the RCS brembo dual hydraulic master cylinder kit including the pump and hose, but just realized that i would obviously have to convert my mechanical clutch to hydraulic. I am planning on installing this onto my Royal Enfield continental gt 650, which is only 6 months old, converting my clutch etc would void my warranty completely. can the hydraulic clutch lever just be used normally without the conversion, meaning can I install it on the bike without the pump and hose etc and have it function normally as the stock clutch would like using it as just a regular mechanical clutch but with the RCS lever
@quikspin Жыл бұрын
Hey! Sorry for the delayed response. I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. You will require both master cylinder and slave cylinder to actuate the clutch. Using only hydraulic clutch i.e. the master cylinder only is not possible.

@quikspin2 жыл бұрын
Sorry bro, I am not so sure given T100 is almost a litre class bike. But why do you want to move away from the stock set-up? I have ridden t100 a few times. I believe the stock front brake setup is really good for a 900cc. Rear ones are hopeless though. Clutch is reasonably ok.
