Bronco! Bronco! I loved this chasiss when it came out, but I reaaaally wanted a Bronco lid! I don't really feel like custom building a truck, I just want a mildly capable trail truck in Bronco form. Paitently waiting!

Great platform, but lexan ! Tamiya should make hardbodies, now they hav so many kinds of good types of plastic. Sadly I think their´r stuck in the pass :-(

Did you use standard gearing or the low speed gearing? Pinion teeth? Also, are you using the kit wheels and tires on this video???

I am doing the same thing with the Tamiya tracks but on a CC01, really looking farward to seeing the CC02 wearing those tracks. I was also thinking about buying a G6 01 chassis and seeing how that would work

Good video, as usual! 👍 Would love to see how you would upgrade this platform, tracks and beyond! I've been wanting one of these since their first rumors, last year. I'm planning on doing a "Heritage" build with it, Grasmere Green, etc, so my partner (who, unknowingly, chose the colour and theme) can come on the trails with me. Sadly there's no direct Tamiya dealer in Portugal... I asked my locsl hobby shop to order me one but they can't provide much info on when they'll have it... 😏

Its nice but on the 1990 model the fuel tank is not at the rear of the vehicle its just behind the drivers door

Tamiya needs to get with the program and stop acting like thier name means anything anymore. Sub par product for a ridiculous price isnt going to cut it anymore. I used to be a big fan of their stuff till i saw the light, I am not impressed with thier vehicles anymore. The last thing they made that was worth anything was the M1A2 tank. as always a great video from you but the vehicle is less than steller and those are the same tires they have had on thier off-road vehicles since the 90`s get a clue Tamiya jeeez.

Yea understood, to me this cc02 is a completely new model and chassis. Seems like a good "upgrade" over the cc01.
