@Vape N Clash me? I'm no speed run expert 🙈 but I'd say it depends entirely on the particular build. Most of the speed run cars I see are built with low center of gravity, geared for low acceleration and high top speed, and designed with aerodynamics in mind to keep it planted. But for these higher cg trucks and buggies, it's probably a good idea, as well as tweaking the gearing, weight bias and aero for speed

@@777beanz most manufacturers leave in built-in weak points so that you cause less damage to potentially other more expensive parts or additional parts breakage. Far as I'm aware the only manufacturer that would potentially make something would be RPM however because of the small scale I don't believe RPM was interested in the aftermarket for that vehicle even though it's platform has shared parts.

I’m running 4s 120c but I changed my gearing to 38t spur 22t pinion and I changed my motor to a 2400kv so I should be getting well over 50 mph what u think

They do just about 50mph out of the box, I just moved the timing up on mine and it's crazy fast on 3s with the standard wheels and tyres it starts popping wheelies and is doing around 60+ mph now on 100c pack. Maybe you should try a comparison with the stock parts and timing increased.

Me too just keep the motor Temps down , my dbpro has 3 fans wired to the esc directly, those bearings probably go bad on 3s too im not big fan of spectrums but I've changed bearings on blx motors too after many batteries

I dont know how big of a motor you can fit but hobbystar makes a 3050kv 3670 thats a beast on 4s

Btw the drive train is more then capable of 4s the lasernut uses the same driveline I run my TT pro only on 4s with a 3650 TP motor and a max 8 beast short course truck

Try 22t pinion 38t spur gear and 4s 120c then put the punch control on 9 and u will see the beast being released lol but watch out for heat because it will get hot after a couple passes

Yes and that's the best part because you have that control to just skip to whatever portion you want to see. This channel is it basically gives a story or sets up so I don't just turn the camera on with the full pull on the trigger cuz if I did that then people might ask why I didn't add that info that someone like you can just skip through so I feel like did the job the correct way. Can't add the info but you can skip through it. 👍💯
