I don't understand why it's not moving. It seems to rise up and down a bit. The robot releases/ bubbles periodically. I checked the filters , which are brand new and they had a little debris. So it's not moving but it does seem to be sucking some dirt up. My pool is pretty clean already. I turned it on and press how long I want it to run for and I selected what I wanted it to clean and hit start and it will not move. I've tried looking online but I haven't come across any reason.

I just bought this and I followed the instructions and it literally will not move! I don't understand

unit will work on bluetooth and shut off after a couple minutes,wifi will not work to weak of a signal i guess, cannot get it to operate in manual.. unit blows a lot of water and works well the 3 mins it works, but way to many issues I would recommend not to buy this unit.
