Hello there, im currently building one for myself and whats weirder is that these actually existed. Its an FMC concept XR311. It ran a Chrysler 318 v8 in the back and were selective 4wd automatics. They made a small batch and were trailed by the US military, being tested with other makers who were competing for a contract with the military. Lamborghini even entered, but the H1 hummer as we know it today was the winner. Also they are tie down points for air drop capabilities, they were designed to be dropped into combat at any moment. Awesome looking thing thats for sure! Also you can but bearings for these, the only ones i have not found are the front axle ones.

You're applying plastic weld with some tweezers? Does it come off later?

The plastiweld evaporates, and as long as you don’t dig at the plastic the tweezers should stay clean
