Thank you for this. I was just about to make my own new switch bank which would have taken hours and a lot of work. A five minute internet search and I found the replacement membrane switch panel for my Rcom 20 MAX which I didn't even guess was available. Most helpful, even though it's six years old you never know when a KZbin video will be useful to someone.

Absolutely excellent- So I took a whole lot of limescale off the heating element in the humidity unit and was going to replace the whole unit. Could I have broken the sensor? How did you know you needed a new one? Thank you so much. I have the Rcom 20 Max.

Do you guys let the eggs hatch in the incubator? Or use a hatcher?

We have done both. I don't believe they will honor the warranty if you hatch in it, but once the warranty expired, we did. We did purchase the hatcher tray for it and have had great success.

Mine throws an 01 Error. Is that the error you had on the membrane issue?

How are things going with the incubator? How many times have you used it? Success rate? We just got the Rcom MAX 20.

We love our R-Com. This was the only problem we have had to date. We usually keep it running from March through June. Have mostly 90 to 100% hatch rates and if a bad hatch, feel like it is the eggs, not the incubator. I think you will be very happy with yours.
