Nice review! Plus I love the Mavic hat, mixing MTB and RC crawlers.

Thanks for the quick review. Both look good and hope they perform well but time will tell. I agree with other(s) that there should be options for foams or not with the tire. I don’t run any foams but all 3D printed inserts

Whoa those 2 sets looks like sweet tires! I’ll have to give them a try later. The crux’s look like tusks, hyrax, land mines, and ruptures all in one 😂👍🏻. Thanks for the informative video!

I think most tires out perform the hyrax tires at this point. These J concept tires look neat but cost a bit more than J concepts which are top notch. I had good success with sitting out the outer most layer of a fimonda hard silicone insert and trimming the stock foam to fit over it similar to a dual stage foam

I'd like to see how it performed during summer. Any info on compound where it falls compared to G8 or Green, x2ss or predator? S4 or S5? Tires are so very hard to test since temp terrain and rig change how it performes. My tusks are decent and S5 would turn to glass there at that same in park.

Thx for the comparison. Where can I get that body? Is the rig an Ascent Fusion?

Off Subject, but any recommendations to a build kit like the trx4, where almost all is included?

Hi brother, let me ask if you guys have done a Tamiya BBX buggy? If so, what did you upgrade to make it better?

Those Crux look awesome but all those open lugs and siping are going to pack up quickly - dry, or mostly dry, tire only (we will see though). Cheater Pins are definitely promising for comps that allow them or guys looking for maximum grip. I just wish tire manufacturers would leave out the inserts, lower the price, then let us decide what foams to use. I don't see the average RCer buying these so, why not cater to the more serious crawlers?

Ive been having really good luck with proline baja pro x tires in muddy dirty loose conditions, treads don’t pack up and they are nice and aggressive to move lots of material (which is required for moving in loose conditions)
