This distinctive growl comes from the 5 cyl. Moki radial engine. The exhaust ring (muffler) comes together with the engine. Depending on the model, the outlets can be adjusted. This can possibly change also the sound.

Thank you for your great comment. I'ts difficult to find underpowered rc models. The reason is very simple. For safety reasons they all want to have enough power in order to be able to do manouvers to save the model. At real airplanes or helicopters it also would help to avoid crashes and it would save lifes.

Thank you for your great comment. This Corsair is constructed and built by Willi Schachermayer, alias "Fräser", who is on the sticks in this video. He has many years of experience and I'm sure he had tried many propeller before he found the right combination.

This Corsair is built and flown by "Fräser". No kit "out of the box". The Moki 250cc is the engine which perfectly fits into it and gives the best realistic sound. Thanks 4 watching an commenting. B.regards, RCSA

I will try to persuade some pilots to install a GoPro their models. The only problem is, that these are not foam airplanes and the fixing is very complicated, to avoid damages at the model.

This Corsair is build and flown by Willi Schachermayer "Fräser". He build some kits per year on request. I don't know if he actually has one for sale.
