Morning before walking and workout - warmup 10mins after workout all streching each strech 15second total 6mins Breathing exercise - nan 10set panren na adhuku total 5mins Walking (nan mild jogging panren na) 50 mins la 6000 steps adhu 2 times (morning and evening) total 12k and after dinner half an hour kapro 3000 (15 to 20mins) so total 15k steps daily complete panaren na.. Workout ku 3 sets ku 30 to 35 mins aagum na.. Nega sonna madriye workout plank yalame panitu iruken na..
