In fact I tried your 99 days challenge about 2 yrs back and discountinued it. When I came to UAE in Feb 2024 my weight was 116 kgs. From March I started to do my warm up, workouts ,diet and walking. Within a span of 5 months I have reduced my weight around 30 kgs. Now my weight is 86 kgs and I m maintaining the same till date. All my friends and family members are surprised.
