சூப்பர் அண்ணா நான் திருநெல்வேலி பொண்ணு 100 kg இருகேன் அண்ணா 99 days இப்போ work out👍🏻 பன்னிட்டு இருகேன் அண்ணா இப்போ வரை exercise பண்ணும் போது back pain இல்ல அண்ணா அது வரை ரொம்ப சந்தோசம் அண்ணா உங்க வீடியோ எல்லாம் சூப்பர் என் அண்ணா நினைத்து சொல்லுறேன். மார்னிங் டிபன் கடை போட்டுருக்கேன் 6 amto 9.30am அப்புறம் ஒரு கிளினிக் work பண்றேன் மார்னிங் 10 am to 9 pm இந்த இடை பட்ட வேலை தான் ஒர்க் பண்றேன் 80 kg வந்த போதும் அண்ணா சூப்பரா இருக்கு எல்லா ஒர்க் அவுட்

RD சகோதரருக்கும் சுகி சகோதரிக்கும் என் நெஞ்சார்ந்த நன்றிகள் ஜூன் மாதம் 21 சேலஞ்சயில் வெயிட் லாஸ் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தேன். அப்போதைய உடல் எடை 82kg தொடர்ந்து மூன்று மாதங்களாக உங்களது பயிற்சியையும் ஆலோசனைகளையும் பின்பற்றியதன் விளைவாக 10kg எடை குறைத்துள்ளேன். தற்போதைய உடல் எடை 72kg. என் நன்றிகளை கூறுவதற்கு வார்த்தைகள் இல்லை. நோய் வந்த பிறகு மருத்துவம் செய்யும் மருத்துவரை விட நோய் வராமல் வாழச் சொல்லித் தரும் நீங்கள் ஆயிரம் மருத்துவர்களுக்கு சமம். நன்றி நன்றி நன்றி.

Hi brother good morning. I m George from Dubai. I m 54 years old.I was watching your fitness programs regularly from past two years. In fact I tried your 99 days challenge about 2 yrs back and discountinued it. When I came to UAE in Feb 2024 my weight was 116 kgs. From March I started to do my warm up, workouts ,diet and walking. Within a span of 5 months I have reduced my weight around 30 kgs. Now my weight is 86 kgs and I m maintaining the same till date. All my friends and family members are surprised. I am always thank full to your efforts and care dear brother .Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Master vanakam எனக்கு வயது 56 இந்த பயிற்சியை தொடர்ந்து ஒரு மாதமாக செய்கிறேன் எனது weight 61 இருந்தது இப்பொழுது 58 தினமும் walking 16000 steps நான் சென்னைதான் இப்போது அமெரிக்காவில் இருக்கேன் இங்கு குளிர் இந்த குளிரிலும் பயிற்சி செய்யும்போது வேர்வை வருகிறது நீங்கள் சொல்லும் feel எல்லாம் இருக்கு இந்த பயிற்சி கூட நான் எப்பொழுதும் செய்யும் பயிற்சி 30 நிமிடங்கள் செய்கிறேன் தொடர்ந்து இந்த பயிற்சிகளை செய்வேன் மனதுக்கு மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக உள்ளது மிகவும் நன்றி உங்களுக்கு 😊
