Thank You. What is the smallest letter size that can be cut? Also the wet application spray doesn't interfere with the adhesive on the vinyl?

With cameo 4 we have cut letters as small as 0.8 inch big

Your roller setup is really interesting. Are you getting better results with the cameo 4 vs the stock roll feeder? I bought a used 24" cameo pro that did not incude the roll feed and it skews super easy. Silhouette has been ridicuous for getting the attachement too. Their customer support is worse than a chinese company. So bummed as they are an USA company. So this roll feed seems like a really good solution. And doubles as the tape dispenser for the r tape. Thank you for the ideas.

Hello! Yes, our rollers definitely make it easier in every way. We use bigger rolls and found it very hard to fit and align vinyl when using the included roll feeder attached to our Cameo and that’s why we decided to get them. Plus is good to have a back up to apply our transfer in case only one person gets to work on a project.

It depends on customer and you but if a customer buys a lot of stuff from us we usually don’t charge set up fee but that’s just us

Of course printers are better to make process easier however we can not say which one is better as we are also looking in to getting one once we gather info ofcourse we will share and we try to do no less than 55 degrees Fahrenheit with oracal vinyl a garage would be much better

Hello! We would go for a Cameo 4 pro, if you get a 24” cutter, it gives you room to expand your business in to making bigger decals without having to invest in a bigger one anytime soon.
