@@BobRoss-wm3lc no I did not. It’s probably good I didn’t. I tried another standing bag. They are only good for training technique. If you really lay into them, they end up on the ground better to stick with a heavy bag.

@@ilovefighting348 got it! I will mainly use it to work on technique. I got to work on the fundamentals ! You cannot out muscle the fundamentals from what I learned . Even though I am strength training , you have to work on technique, speed and conditioning year round to be elite.

The RDX punchbag is awesome. But not all RDX products are that great. I wouldn't buy the boxing gloves.

I would suggest looking elsewhere Adomas because the bag is sold out pretty much everywhere. BTW I'm 5'8 and the reason why I don't use sand is for transportation. Trying to find a reasonable alternative.

I know, it sucks. Apparently I was told by a viewer that they were going to make some more in time, BUT you can't always trust what people say on the internet. There is www.centurykickboxing.com/collections/punching-bags Only problem with Century is that they are super expensive and their bags are slightly not as good, in my opinion. also ukstore.everlast.com/everlast-free-standing-punch-bag-762013#colcode=76201344 around the same price but just a little ligther than the rdx punch bag.
