@@denfireworks well that’s a better perspective. From the first camera angle, it looked liked the breaks were maybe 100ft and embers were falling on the ground. Good to know that wasn’t the case.

These might be my favorite pre loads. The colors and break it has is just on point. Has everything you can ask for in a firework besides the loudness

I LOVED these ones!!! Now they are the first preload/sawed off I have done.. BUT great effects!! In person they did have a nice hit to them as well (though I was handlighting them so I was pretty close LOL)

The preloaded shells surprised me. Was no expecting The breaks and color they had. Yes the Manhattens were better but they were 5-6 in. shells. To be expected. I'll be looking for the Preloaded my next trip to the store. Thanks Bro.

I was standing under them and I was really surprised too with how big and hard they broke, then scramblers... awesome colors... Raccoon just does it again!!! Once I figure out how to direct match them I think they will be faster to prep as direct matched shells for a show too... I still need to look at the empties and see how they look... Maybe I will do a video on that when I do...

@@denfireworks what I was thinking of done with them is fuse them all together and have someone light them then have cakes or whatever you want direct matched so you can have something firing off behind them or be ready when they finish. Either way would be a good show.

This is really cool to see, I saw this first by the Hammer & Anvil brand but didn’t think id see it from anyone else, this is for sure an interesting addition to the market and they actually seem really nice too on top of it. 🔥🤟🏼

Yeah, I lucked into them showing up on they day a Raccoon container was getting unloaded! They didn't get many of them BUT I was able to score some! I think you will like them JG!! Man great colors and effects!!

Bada Boom had a sample set of all three version that you could look at on their Demo Day... but I was only able to get this one set to try out myself when the container dropped a few weeks later... IDK no racks needed, I could see them going well with the average casual shooter too...

I was able to get another set from Bada Boom, and I plan on doing a video of looking at the spent ones to see if I can poke them or not.. and i was thinking of taking one of the new ones apart so I will work on that! I will try to get some time this weekend!

Thanks! I am working on it! I have a couple more tweaks to the cameras to make and then I think I will FINALLY be where I want to be!! Sadly, I have a TON of videos edited that are using some bad settings.. I am going to try to hold off on posting them but.. Well there are a lot and I am going to have to go back to the well sometimes and start posting them (plus there was A LOT of good stuff on that demo shoot too.... *sighs*)

Raccoon always does a nice job. I think this style of shell is innovative and mimics what I used to do before purchasing racks - screwing down the fiberglass tubes from the package. They do break a bit lower, but having the opportunity to see you hand light for scale shows their apogee is high enough. I'm not sure I would use these in a more condensed display area such as a backyard show, but it's one of those situations where you don't know untill you try. I haven't done the math either regarding shell count vs price. Great demo.

Raccoon really just keeps putting out QUALITY!!! These are def nice and easy to prep and get them up in the air! I would use these in my backyard... BUT I still have some distance... Hand lighting them I wasn't worried about ducking stars or anything... LOVED the effects in these though!!

The mine effects look nice! I can see these as a great space saver. Interested in knowing if they can be poked and direct fired. If you are going to have firing trouble, this is the time to have it and not during a show. Thanks for testing and posting.

I kept the empties so I can take them apart and look for the best way to match them up. I ALSO was able to get another set so I can test my theories once I gut some of them! I will make sure to do a video if I can get it to work and still have them attached to the base! IF I can direct match these they WILL be the shells I use to direct match in shows!! I still feel stupid that I didn't test the Talons out first before counting on them for demos *sighs* I really would of liked to have the breaks happening at the same time.... I will do better next time though!!!

They are brand new from Raccoon! They where giving out some samples at CobraCon.. and I was able to score some from Bada Boom, they got some of the first ones in the states! LOVED the effects and I will def be getting these again!!

These are weird!! I haven't heard of them. Honestly, RDX might get me to enjoy shells again. What was the pricing like on these? Cool that we finally get a "scrambler" aka flying fish effect from Raccoon. Better yet, they did it very nicely. I need a set of these ASAP based on that demo. Fantastic breaks, lovely color/effect, and they take away the annoyance of having to reload and prep the shells. Hell. Yes. Gimme.

Yeah, SO MUCH easier to prep these ones up!! I am honestly not sure about the pricing... I went down to Bada Boom to pickup an order I had already placed, and they had just gotten a Raccoon container in and where still unloading it when I showed up.... So I begged Lou to get some of the new stuff and he let me get some singles to try of a few different cakes and these and my order amount went up by a chunk but it was everything I got at the store all mixed in as well as the off the container stuff.... LOVED all 12 of these cans!! Just awesome colors and effects!! AND a nice mine too!

Honestly, I am not sure..... I was out picking up an order with Bada Boom and they had JUST gotten a container in from Raccoon with these and some other new cakes, so Lou pulled a bunch of new stuff for me (THANKS LOU!!!!) and just gave me a total price for the pile :(

I have done one preload by Hammer and Anvil and loved it. The mines on these are so bright. Nice breaks as well.

Just I wasn't sure enough on them to buy a case with my first order with them so I got their regular cans instead.... The mines were GREAT One these! And man Raccoon colors, lace, willows, AND they threw in some scramblers?? I will get these again!

I was very excited for these and got a whole case of them from Bada Boom. I shot a box of them and I was kind of disappointed that more than half of mine had stars from the burst hitting the ground. I figured that would be the case because of the stubby tube but I was hopeful they were going to put extra lift in them.

Agree!! I would add in Pyro Demon and Pyro Diablo too! They have both been really good to me too!! I just sent up some more Winda and Fisherman (demos coming) and I am loving them!! Brothers I am working through their classics and I can really see why they ARE classics that are still around BUT at the Bada Boom demo days I saw a couple new Brothers cakes too and I think they are stepping up their game even more too!!

I'm still on the fence on the sawed off stuff because bang for bang it seems less expensive to just shoot quality shells, however and this is a big however.... If you can direct match these and shoot them in perfect time off a cue, I see tremendous value in setup time because, hey, screw 'em down and match 'em up. No rack to mess with other than a piece of plywood and maybe some things to produce angles :) I imagine direct matching these would make set up day easier simply because you don't have tie off the wire to prevent your mods from taking off and you could probably shoot off all 12 shells off a 4 cue mod if you wanted to.

Yeah, I kept the bodies so I can figure out a way to direct match them and then they will be AWESOME I think!! I haven't had time yet to take them apart... BUT I do have another set to test out my theories now! I will report back Al!! They are also nice for a quick itch scratch to get a big bang :)

It’s a cool concept and the breaks look good but I wonder if there’s anything concrete / scientific (not sure what I’m trying to say) that allows them to have an advantage over regular shells. The H & A pre loads have mines too, wondering if that’s coincidence or if this style allows for better mine effects.

Hmmm... I still haven't been able to get the H&A ones... I finally got an order in but I didn't want to risk buying a whole case right off the bat unseen... I do wonder if there is something that lends the to having good mines too... They didn't get the FULL height of a 1.75" can in a 12" Mortar BUT because I screwed up with the talons I hand lit these and they still broke at a good height EVEN with that tiny little cardboard mortar!

From the camera angle it appears the RDX broke just a little lower than the MP shells. The effects were great and I guess if they put an e-port in it then it basically becomes a single shot. I am a little torn on what to make of them, I like the concept but how would you incorporate them into a show. Great demo on a new product.

Yeah the RDX broke a little lower, but I was hand lighting them and I wasn't worried about where they broke at all... BIG breaks, GREAT Colors! Now I need to take apart the spent ones and figure out the best way to direct match them :) I think they would be faster to setup and direct match for a show if I can find a good path to do it......

They did break lower, but they also broke REALLY big which added to looking like they broke low. I was underneath them hand lighting them (I am the red light you see) and I wasn't worries about the height, or ducking stars etc... Honestly, for how short those tubes are I am surprised with how high they went!!

Sadly, I am not sure... I showed up at Bada Boom to pickup a wholesale order I made and swung by the store to pickup some stuff to demo and they had just gotten the container in with these and Lou let me grab some singles of the new stuff coming in and pay for everything over at the store... and I just know I had to pay X to get a bunch of stuff from the store and some stuff off the container (they hadn't even made the store yet)

Yup! They are just preloaded so you don't need a mortar for them.. but they are normal consumer shells!
