WAIT A MINUTE! So the reason we had to deal with Sora loosing all of his powers in KH3 was because while Riku was suppose to be the solo Protagonist in Dream Drop there were request to have Sora be playable too!!!? I could curse the fans that asked for that. How many times do we have to fight with Powerless Sora!?

Good retrospective. Me still waiting for an actual Kairi Game especially after Kingdom Hearts III it’s ending DLC and Melody of Memory. And especially sense I’m convinced they kissed. Also I remember reading the Italian one shot although I can’t read Italian. I didn’t like Dream drop Distance and still don’t depending on my mood

So, I don't know how it is in the HD versions, but in the original 3DS release, DDD is actually very beginner friendly for getting into the story. As you can actually read brief summaries of the past games as you progress through DDD. I mean, it'd have to do that as DDD Was a 10th Anniversary game, and was on a system without half the games on it XD. But like, it wasn't mentioned here, it's something I rarely hear mentioned and I'm just pondering, do people just not remember? Are the summaries really so bad? Do people just not wanna read? :3 Anyhoo, that's all, this has been a nice series of videos, good stuff :)

So it is in there, but I don't think they're done too well, and they're VERY easy to skip. Particuarly because they show up after big tension filled reveals, and would require players to stop for a while to read the cliffnotes. I also straight up forgot about them. I think KH3 did them better so once I eventually do that video I'll mention what DDD had to rectify that.

I would have played 3D, I was really into my 3DS at the time... If it didn't do that annoying "drop" mechanic x-x. It turned me off to the entire game.
