I took test ride of speed 400 and Guerilla 450 but I chose this and got the delivery on 23rd Oct, everything is fine just one thing I didn’t like in my bike it’s a high rev engine, so if your speed is 30-35 and you’re on 4th gear, it will start giving you the jerks but all the other things are manageable

Only 2 positives I see is service center availability and the interactive hud display. But HUD display mein bhi problems hain. One of my friends had a display break down after 3 weeks of purchase. Chlao km theek krvao zyada. There are better options in Triumph, Jawa and Husqvarna, if CCs are not the only factor in buying.

I think you should go with this (guerilla 450) because it is overall the better performer speed 400 is the only competition (lets be honest) and it feels small in size the limiter comes too early and power is more in the guerrilla personally i like the looks also (most would like it more. And also royal enfield has good accessories as well after market modification also available

As , I just booked a grr , let me answer. the RE brand stands on the "FEELING" of the bike , All of their bikes , may it be the 350s , 450s and as we all know the 650s are not even average when it comes to performance in their displacement(cc) class, But the thing you are missing out is , RE gives good speed and mileage for the *price bracket* RE takes bigger engines , and giving them less stress by extracting lower power helps RE to give them the easy going character and not so prone to break issues.

Bro as you said that you couldn't understnd the design of the motorcycle, does it make it a con? It is a roadster ( mix of sports and tourer) by all sense , trust me i own one. You please ride a new one and then tell. I think your opinion might change, and about the speed it easily clock 150 plus in any given day.Triumph sounds better but its not the same what this motorcycle is.

Indeed.. different motorcycle, as I mentioned in the video as well.. “top speed i was able to achieve”.. (whenever i mention that i mean speed where motorcycle doesn’t struggle or feels like being pushed.) I will definitely give this motorcycle more time and share my review again. As far as the design i said the design could’ve been better, doesn’t justify the bike’s true potential not the vice versa. Cheers!

@RAHULSHARMA-oz2qf bro i have speed 400 as well as royal enfield thunderbird 350 which i use in city, and to be honest i shifted from royal enfield to triumph only because of the amount of mechanical issues the bike creates over a period of time, also having a service center of RE nearby i m still disappointed at the service provided thus at the day the Gurella was launched i was indeed watching the event live at 5AM in morning and even after liking the bike i still called triumph at 9am and booked my speed just because of the pathetic service provided by royal enfield, so you should choose a bike keeping in mind about the reviews of owners who own bikes from brands and gets it serviced nearby to actually elevate your upcoming service journey as well as riding journey with your purchased bike

If your priority is mileage, neither of these should be in your list brother, speed 400 gives like 28-30, Jawa 42 FJ will give u about 26-28, and you already heard about the guerilla in the video, but as a Speed 400 owner, I'll choose it over all of them, Speed 400 is far more refined, atleast that's my personal opinion, better suspensions, headlights as well, traction control and 150 section tyres which are way easily available.

First thing I haven’t. Never showed top speed or vague numbers, Second, segment is the only thing important. You need to know what kind of riding you do.. there are thousands of options now and some of them are literally useless. This is where, to filter out, segment or category comes to rescue you from all that stupidity.

@@Kalakaar2 First thing: If you havn't tried top speed, you shouldn't claim that number in your video... You have clearly CLAIMED in your video that the top speed of this bike is 130. You have provided a misleading information in this aspect. you could have clearly said that the bike comfortably went 130 without issue or could have addressed the problem at this speed. Second: RE has clearly stated the segment of this bike, which is 'Roadster'. there isn't a specified and defined defination by any of the reputed authority of any of the segment, be it "Roadster, Scrambler or even Cruiser or cafe racer. Also, segment of the bike is actully created when the bike gets launched and becomes popular. There are no pre defined strict rules or guidelines which a brand has to adhere for its bike to be named in that segment. It mostly depends on the brand and acceptance of the people whatever they call it.

I did test the top speed and it is exactly the number i said in the video. I was referring to your statement where you said about this motorcycle riding on 160. Second. When i said “segment nahi samjh raha” that means the kind of ride quality and overall performance is not for any specific kind of riders. “Roadster” is the tag RE gave this motorcycle but what about practicality? How would you judge any motorcycle’s riding style. There no such thing as people acceptance, it’s purely based on brands choice what they want to call the bike “internally discussed” and marketed in the same way. Some motorcycles initially built on classic based are called sports tourer by many brands. There is no misinformation, it’s your misunderstanding with the video specifically.

And bhai go and check, Roadster clearly means a bike which is halfway between sports and tourer bike, which I think Guerilla is.. It's super agile on corners and you can also do long ride on this bike provided an upright sitting position. I really do not want to engage in this unfruitful squabble, claim whatever you want. Just because it's not upto your taste doesn't make it the worst bike. I test rode 5 bikes in 400 cc segment - Triumph speed 400, scrambler 400x, HD x440, RE Himalayan 450 & Guerrilla 450. I personally loved the Guerrilla over all of them. I test rode the Guerrilla 5 times from 4 different showrooms & tested every single aspect of the bike before going for it!
