I'm a college student I want to buy this bike for the feel I don't ride much long tours just ride regular for college like 5km-10km & twice a week ride for 20-30kms so 2011 TB350 29000kms at ₹50k or 2017-18 TB350 20000-35000kms at ₹75k-80k which is better deal?

Get the 17-18 one, and if it comes with abs then great. Properly check the condition of the bike, clutch, chain, any rusting, also try to negotiate the price a bit. Hope this helps.

Bro do you own the bike If yes, how do you maintain it Since mine is a 2014 model it is very hard to maintain and service costs thousands of rupees

It's hard to maintain, try doing the basics by yourself like keeping the chain properly lubed always. Rusting is a big issue with this bike so there shouldn't be a single drop of water left after cleaning. Use WD40 for different parts that's it. And if you can, change the brake fluids and engine oil yourself. That's it.

One of the most comfortable bikes in the RE lineup. Do checkout in the second hand market and inspect properly for any kind of rusting, chassis alignment, wheel alignment. Just make sure the condition is good and no accidental cases. Hope this helps:)

I use a Gopro Hero 10 black. Good to know. Dashcams are really important on Indian roads. You can checkout Qubo dashcams.

You can checkout sjcams under 8k, quality won't be that great but does the work. Other cheap action cameras are just a waste of money.
