A Purebred Soi Dog 🐶 that had me spitting my morning coffee back into the cup 😝 I remember watching our tile guy cut perfect circles in the middle of tiles. Using a worn out 6” hand grinder. And then also some pliers for nibbling the edges. Very impressive to watch. I can’t wait to get back to Thailand (40 days) and make our way up to your place again.

It’s a special breed of dog only found in Thailand. House should be very closed to finished when you return.

They missed a septic tank first time out? I hope your new builder keeps thing moving smoothly.

Our first builder installed 2 black plastic sealed tanks (for black water), each one with it’s own concrete cylinder tank for the grey water. Our current builder recommended 2 concrete cylinder tanks for grey water only and they be completely separate from the black water systems. He said this will prevent sewer gas from going into the sink and shower drains. I don’t know the proper terminology . I hope my explanation makes sense.

@@canuckinisaan8242 don't understand your explenation, but you always keep toilet and shower/bidet water separate. these come togheter AFTER the septic tank, wich is see are way too small. you need a 2500L septic tank for a house. no soap may end up in septic tank, otherwise you kill all the bacteria and so the working from septic tank, then you need to empty it all the time. a GOOD working septic tank oyu NEVER have to empty.

way is the sewer under the house? and not out some. you did not use insolation in the celling ? is there a reason . as i was thinking if i should or not. building in Klaing

The reason the sewer is under the house is because our lot size is very small and there was not room beside the house, and behind the house there is a large concrete slab from a previous driveway and prevented us from putting it there. There is insulation Under the roof tiles. We will added insulation above the ceiling tiles later if we feel it is required
