Sohm Ai: Dino fight. Green slime you kill. Blue slime is you spread out. Red slime you stack. You do not kill them *All* only the green one. :) hope it helps

you totaly right! remember not all adds needs to be destroyed right away or at all for example the aery the second boss where you have the thin dragon that spits poison at you. You need to avoid that and then a Bomb is coming out don't kill it right away! Why you ask he cleaning up the posion that the boss left it but after the third you need to kill it or it explode. One other good example is the the mobs fruit in Aurum vaul that everyone hates. But did you know that there is allot EXP to gain in that dungeon? No don't kill the fruits then! if you kill the fruits you will get +/- 300 EXP for it! if you let it hatch you will get +/- 300 + 5000~6000 EXP for the seedling that hatches. There are 21 of those fruits so calculate how much EXP you wasting on 21 of those fruits you didn't let it hatch! without hatching it is 21 X 300 = 6300. If you do let it hatch 21 X 300 = 6300 + 21 x 5000 = 111300 EXP. They are easy to kill too! YOU'RE WELCOME!

Main job is Gunbreaker... it's the most satisfying class I have ever played in an MMO. He's kind of right about it being 3 DPS in a trenchcoat though... it does incredible damage for a tank... especially when I build up two cartridges, pop No Mercy and do the Gnashing Fang > Savage Claw > Wicked Talon > Burst Strike combo. Gunblades are silly and impractical IRL but Rule of Cool absolutely applies whenever they show up in a Final Fantasy game.

Build up 2 cartridges into No Mercy into continuation combo and end with Burst Strike and Blasting Zone is godly.

So the oozes are color coded, blue is spread, red is stack and green must die

Pally is best off tank where warrior is primarily your main tank

So in that fight you only have to kill the green ooze. The real trick is stacking on whoever gets a red marker and spreading from a blue marker and the damage will be easily survivable.

PLD has surprisingly low mitigation for yourself. Shieltron and the 30 % and thats it. DRK gets a fuck ton of mitigation skills and some sustain but two of the most important are locked to 70+

PLD have fewer on-demand mitigation, but the shield alone gives a lot of mitigation over time, and it FEELS more defensive because of that. Especially in dungeons, where most damage is taken by trash pulls and not the bosses. Hallowed Ground is also the best invulnerability button for trash, because it have a relatively short cooldown, and don't give your healer a heart attack like GNB.

@@merlinrecon7528 RELATIVELY short. 7 minutes for a invulnerability button with no conditionals or drawbacks is short enough in my eyes, to the point that I can use it multiple times per dungeon. The other tanks have shorter cooldowns, but all their invulnerability buttons have certain conditions to not be wasted.

@@NibelungJ It is the best invuln for dungeon because of trash but in no way it has a short cooldown, relative or not. Beside using hallowed ground with a WHM does have a condition which is only use hallowed ground after 3-4 holy because of stun but by then i dont think the mobs will be alive for much longer

Nah, Tanks are to blame if they pull too much group at one time. Those lowbie dungeons, some idiotic tanks pull like crazy amount of groups but healers do not have proper skill set (They scale down skill too. You cannot use high level fast aoe heals nor skills at all.) and DPS do not have strong AOE skills to wash down those monsters quick enough.

Yes, in fact, many dps in lower level (below 25 especially) don't even have a single aoe, so it's totally possible that in a low level dungeon the tank will be the only one with a properly spammable aoe button. Considering that pulling a shit ton of mobs at once means that the healer won't be able to dps since he'll be busy chain healing you (and a low level healer can run out of mana if spaming cure II or equivalent for long enough too, since they only have the role regen to deal with their mana problem at that point), and that having too many monsters that do aoes with telegraphs will hinder the other DPS in their dps'ing, pulling half the dungeon at once may be "fun" but the real gain compared to pulling way less at a time will be limited or null, not even talking about if the party wipe then the party just lost some time rather than gained. But hey, when I play healer in lower dungeon I'll stick with whatever the tank wants to be. At least when the tank's health bar is going up and down like crazy, you certainly don't have the time to be bored so that's something ~.

I didn't realize that picking Gladiator means I am the tank. Always. Which is fine, I've been primarily a tank late game in every other MMO I'ved played but not right away lol.

I've heard most healers prefer healing Warrior but all are good for each role.

@@carbontheprotogen9765 I know...well not all had a roulette with an astro who we all thought was afk until we realized he was just not dpsing...after two wipes I said something to help the green dps out and had no problems after.

So, as an all-rounder in this game with a penchant for healing I feel compelled to say that no, it is *not* always the healers fault when the tank dies and would even go so far as to correct that chart in the video just a bit. ;) Don't get me wrong, there are some healers who just aren't good, but between us, I've seen tanks do a lot of shit including but not limited to - ignoring mechanics which *will* kill them - refusing to take even one step out of an aoe because they are a tank and "can take it", therefore forcing their healer to not only go rapidly through their healing ogcds but exhaust their mana by cast-healing as well once they run out of instant heal abilities until they have *nothing they can use to help due to cooldowns* - bad mitigation or forgoing it entirely because why would you want to soften blows? - the tank taking wayyyy more damage than they should because they are severely undergeared/barely meet the min ilvl for their current content and therefore being incredibly difficult if not impossible to heal/keep alive - tanks collecting damage stacks like candy, therefore exponentially taking more damage and requiring more healing in turn with every hit - not turning the boss away from party OR deciding to move out of an attack which is really a *tankbuster*, therefore getting the healer and/or the rest of the party killed in the crossfire and then dying shortly after because if the healer's dead, they obviously can't heal ....and and and, the list is long :p So yeah, sometimes the healer messes up, but sometimes it's on the tank as well. xD That being said, I'd encourage you to try out Astro (or any healer, really) as you mentioned considering in the crap guide to healing reaction video, it's great! Most engaging healer by far imo, faster cast times than the others, buffing the party with cards, etc....yeah, Astro but healing in general is pretty cool and fast paced. Have fun if you do try! :)
