Thanks for the always fun TS3! Excellent content. GA pilot, "I don't need a pushback, just approval." Me: "Standby"... Sometimes, to squeeze off departures a bit faster, I'll use: "vacate runway left (or right) onto taxiway XX." when the arrival is w/n 5 miles or during the clear-to-land command. You can usually get them off the active runway at least one taxiway sooner than usual for that a/c's weight. Really helpful at LAX and other busy places, where it will shorten or make the taxi route easier/faster.

I did a basic EGCC using the SDK, it is quite a challenging taxi pattern

@@emmell4799 Yeah there's a really interesting bottle neck on Taxiway D down towards T2 - should be challenging. I went up into the tower in February and it was amazing to get the insights from the controllers. Some say it's more of a challenge than somewhere like Gatwick.

I'm a bit shocked they haven't yet. Would be an excellent A-tier airport.

Slow is how your brain works. Aviation control is and always will be FIRST about SAFETY then efficiency. Speed is a bit down the list. If speed was towards the top, we'd never get put into holding patterns, and every airport would have more runways, taxiways, and terminals. Then, this is a stream where CONTENT is the game's name. This information may allow you to obtain more than 2 subscribers.

@@aodhhanswtor7252 Well, last first - over 4k is a bit more than 2. Next, if you are watching this channel for 'aviation control' purposes then I think you've got the gist of it a bit wrong. And, yes, CONTENT is the name of the game. TLDT - This is not supposed to be an educational video on 'how to ATC' - it is all about watching an idiot (sorry Chaz) pretend he knows what he's doing for 30 to 60 minutes. And I, for one, love it.
