I did mine with aston full body swap, original engine upgraded to max, least air resistance and downforce, maximum tyre pressures and fiddled a bit with gearing. I also turned off traffic to not by annoyed with some random lane change by them.

At 15:03...You got to hit the nitrous right then. Don't wait until you get half way down the long freeway going over the water. If you hit it right at 15:03 that's all downhill. So you get a gravity boost.

Would tire size make a difference? Larger diameter should mean less acceleration but higher potential to speed

Can confirm that, larger diameter rims raise the top speed potential but decrease acceleration and handling, while smaller rims do the opposite. Conversly, wider track rims increase acceleration, braking, and grip but resist changes in inertia and steering more, while narrow rims are easy to steer and don't resist inertia changes as much at the cost of reduced grip, acceleration, and braking. Recommend finding the sweet spot around the middle that works for each setup, drift cars using narrow rims and stretch tyres for easy steering and tyre spin. While race/grip cars use a mix of narrow fronts and wide rears for superior acceleration, braking and stable high speed steering. Don't be afraid to experiment with these sizes and try different setups for AWD vs RWD builds.

full tire pressure increases max speed and also transmission. I’ve realized the T50s is probably the best you can get rear downforce just takes away speed so don’t buy that front doesn’t really affect it.

I did this one in the Civic. Was super excited to get the lambo just to find out it drives like a it's going through mud. Downgraded it to C5 and pumped up the handling now it's a demon

I'd recommend keeping it AWD because it's rear heavy. Plus it accelerates better.

You set your downforce to the lowest settings but you didn't switch to the stock aero so you still have a lot (41kg)

Actually i think nailing this challenge with this exact setup (car, parts, tuning and the place to do it) would be easier by running the highway the other way around (so coming around from the east then come to the loooong straight line in the middle of the city) I didn't do that challenge yet tho so could be wrong but i realized i could push my cars waaaaaay further than the top speed limit by racing this exact path the way i just mentioned, like using a c4-5 R35 with not even half the parts u had and still managed to reach around 350/360 kph on the downhill straight line ^^ Edit : i knew this path and how to reach high speeds there cuz that's where i farm for exp as u can do a pretty solid 200k points with just going back and forth once each :)

i tried maxing out 400kmh on the new porche from the speedway update but i just can't. it's all maxed out and it only reaches 335 and with nos it goes up to 350 but not more than that :/

Only got the Porsche left to get now. The Camaro is 100 single race wins, Toyota Mk2 is 800km drift distance, m4 is 100 elite race wins, r35 is 50 online race wins, so far I’ve driven 5500km and still don’t have the Porsche, I get the vibe it’s going to be 7k-8k kms 🥵

I did it with my hc9 with stock trans, ls engine full ultimate. The best body swap so it was like 800kg ish and around 700hp. Tire pressure on max, awd and racing fuel🫣

R8 can Do it but my r8 (full aero) is completly maxed out with tuning parts and the car just get to 402 with nos
