I worked at that hipster hotel. I was the night auditor. And I won that same TV in a raffle. And I might still have a hat from that hotel in my storage locker. Next time I go through it, I’ll see if I can find the hat. But the reason it’s a hipster hotel (It’s The Hotel Max in downtown Seattle btw) is because they had a deal with Subpop Records, which is an indie record label in Seattle that like Nirvana was on and I think Death Cab for Cutie, to furnish all the rooms with a selection of vinyl records of Subpop releases and there’s album art on the walls and art from local artists. It’s actually a very nice hotel that I stayed at myself once. Edit: OMG, if it’s 2016, I was still working there! Maybe. I left in the summer of 2016 I think. 2nd edit: No, I left right before Pokemon Go dropped.

This was great. Such positive energy and so many laughs with the full crew. I think it works because everyone gets a break and build so well off each other. Seeing Sam cry to the car video gave me joy. I think that's even funnier for an international audience somehow because we use so much sarcasm and satire and he's the stereotypical American who needs every joke spelling out

1:45:00 regarding the discourse on car culture, it’s one of DSPs most alien traits but he simply doesn’t enjoy ANYTHING. He hates video games they’re just a means to an end for him, he doesn’t even really play WWEC he just pulls bc he’s addicted, he doesn’t have a single hobby or interest or bit of curiosity or passion in his body. So he can’t perceive of other people being into cars as a genuine hobby, and why he looks at every single thing in anyone’s life as a value proposition

hold up, when Sam was on break, he missed "I watched one linus tech tips video, now I'm a TechSydePhil" era from him discovering OBS has filters to his VRR 120 hz = 60 fps 4k but only for him not his stream giving him no input delay (which came back) on a ps5 to the "mics how do they work"? oh dear, that'll be like Steve watching a cope cast after a strong of low support.
