It’s just wild to me. Most of the ladies at my running club work full time, have a family/kids to raise and still manage to put the millage in to train for a marathon. This blob sits at home all day and “works out” maximum three times a week and tries to give people advice 😂

love the counting of the clothes adjustments! she never buys anything in the right size. I honestly think she is seeing something different when she looks in the mirror. She is not living in reality. One thing you realise as you mature or as you get bigger, you cannot wear the same thing that you used to. I used to be able to wear these tops with no bra when I was 20. After a while you realise those days are gone. thats life. she has never grown up and she refuses to be honest with herself about her weight.

The crazy part of it all is that her husband is a certified cross fit coach. I think he became certified after her surgery but I’m kind of shocked they don’t work out more together or he has a program for her. Like you, i think Yar is a nice guy. It is clear that he has been detaching from her, and I think that is part of the reason why. She is a toddler and no matter how kind he may have broached her weight, she had a temper tantrum, and I think that is why we don’t see him any more. Also, like how she makes fun of skinny people with her condescending bratty voice when she would switch places with a skinny person in a heart beat.

This is when Alex was doing the peloton bike that Yar bought for her anniversary! Alex was actually over the weight limit too! Then we found out that she really wasn’t working out like she said because you could see it on the App can you imagine what Alex did block the App and stop using the peloton bike but the bike disappeared so she told everyone she got rid of it because she was bored of the bike surprise 🤣🤣🤣🤣. This was the time she was trying to impress Yar that she loves exercising too😂 Alex attitude is definitely a problem on her live but that is the real her very defensive because she is lying and telling her followers what she thinks they want to hear. ❤️😘 Pricilla

I dont totally remember if that Carley that Alex mentioned was me, but it easily could have been! I was an avid Alex fan and watched and supported her in so many ways, for like 8-9 years! Now, I’m an avid Alex hater, her lies and deceit have actually had real negative impacts on my life. I thought it was okay to be bigger and unhealthy, because of her normalizing it. and she actually did make me believe I needed to buy WAY too many things because of her showcasing her shopping addiction, and I found I was over buying things because of how she normalized that too. It’s not normal, nothing about her life is normal! Also, thank you to Tara on Country Shade Tree! She put me in my place that first comment, but she opened my eyes and made me realize who Alex really is, and I only had to watch like two or three of CountryShadeTree’s videos for it to click! Alex’s followers are just as delusional as she is. I know because I WAS ONE

I loved Alex and her content for so many years and I was in a horrible place with my body and weight and I fell into the fat acceptance and over consumption that she spewed and now my eyes are wide open I hate that I ever listened to a word she said. Glad to see everyone holding her accountable for her lies and horrible advice. Feels good to have an outlet because I’m sure most of us didn’t ever talk about alot of these things to people around us that’s why we ended up on her channel.

But I very much remember watching the end of relationship with Alan, and she bought her house, met Yar, and everything seemed to completely change about her. She started to lie and manipulate her audience, trick them, use filters, and over-sell everything in sight. For a while I was also on the fat acceptance train because of Alex, and I let my body go far too long because she made me feel seen and safe as a big girl(So I thought). Alex has no idea the real harm she does to the young girls watching her. To preach self love and loving your body while she hated hers in secret, filtered it, changed it and even surgically removed it. She hid her tummy tuck because she knew how it went against everything she publicly stood for, but did it anyway because she has become extremely selfish. I’m almost tempted to make my own reaction channel to try to get a real, authentic message to Alex about how she has harmed her community

Yes exactly having it done myself it’s not an easy fix. It’s a quick fix yes because you lose the weight quite quickly but it’s not an easy fix because then you have to learn to adapt with it and your life does change and the way you have to eat food does change for people who listen, but she doesn’t listen.
