I liked the first half of DMC5, but my favourites were DMC1 and 3. DMC3 is a classic! I remember being in awe of DMC1 when I first played it on PS2 - it looked incredible. It was created by Hideki Kamiye after he was lead designer on RE2, and was then set to work on RE3 - the first 3D RE on PS2. But RE3 became DMC instead, so Capcom rushed out another standard PS1 Resident Evil that became RE3 instead. Kamiye never worked on another DMC, creating Okami instead, and soon leaving Capcom to form Platinum Games studio and creating Bayonetta

Ahh yeah, I watched a behind the scenes of RE1-3 and they mentioned all of that! Crazy to think that's how it all came about. My only issue with DMC is the continuity in the story like I don't get it all 😂

@@LilithixPlays Yes, there’s elements and references in DMC5 that carry over from 4, plus apparently recent manga or anime. So even I wasn’t familiar with one supporting character in the game, which was abit confusing. Didn’t think that was a good move, can’t expect players to watch related media. Halo quickly fell into this trap, I believe referencing events from the novels, but all it meant was I didn’t have a clue what was going on in the story

@@LilithixPlays no not really, story wise it is mediocre. the gameplay is the best part but even that is just alright. i am stuck with that and the previous versions though because my pc won't be able to handle dmc 5
