Bo Katan really shined here especially with the dark saber. Reminds me of her prime years in both clone and rebel series. I am so hyped about the rest of the series.

I believe that the Armorer was 100% feeding that awesome Mythosaur in the Living Waters a Din sized meal. She knew it was there, how would she get that vial of sacred water she uses if she never went there. Din was rescued TWICE by his “enemy” Bo. Din was sent to a watery death and exiled by his “clan”/“family”. The Mythosaur presented himself to Bo and Din to tell them (but mainly Bo) that they are the future of their people. If you think about it both Din and Bo bathed in the Living Waters.. so now Bo could begin to forgive herself from all the mistakes in her past. Great episode!

Yeah, concerning their religion, I think both Bo-Katan and the Armorer are wrong. But we see Bo-Katan slowly starting to fall back into it after putting it down, and the Armorer is basically the cultist leader we see in others movies. When it should be a religion, she makes it seem like a cult. Din is the follower, the guy that believes in it, but he is not acting like a cultist. The only time we see him like that is when he meets Bo in season two, but that changes during that episode. He accepts that they are Mandalorians, he grows. I also thought the same when they both went into the waters, they both were chosen by that Mythosaur. I still think Din will have to do it himself, or both of them will unite their people, together.

A lot of Star Wars bases certain cultures off of cultures here on earth. With the Mandalorian culture, there’s a lot that’s pulled from Jewish history, even with the recovered artifact, literally, being verses from the Torah. The more that you know about this, the more connections you will see. Such as the destruction of Mandalore and it’s relation to the destruction of Jerusalem by Rome. The Jewish people becoming weak before, due to infighting. The religious extremism of certain groups. The society living in the Diaspora, exiled from their homeland. It’s actually very interesting.

According to Katee Bo is in this season much more than season 2, so I'm just living the life of my dreams right now. In an interview she said so many episodes are her favorites so I already know this is going to be a great season. I just hope they don't screw her over AGAIN at the end like season 2 did.

I want to see Grogu strap the darksaber to the hoverchair and beyblade the crap out of something. It's much better than the first episode. While I'm not a fan of how The Clone Wars changed Mandolorian canon from Legends, I am intrigued.

This is unrelated to The Mandalorian, but I'd like to suggest 3 shows for the future: "Love, Death and Robots", "The Cabinet of Curiosities", and "Ash vs Evil Dead". I won't comment anything about the third one because I saw that you reacted to one of the films, so you know what it is about (although I will say that that show is hilarious). However in case you don't know about the other 2, they are both anthologies (each episode is a completely different and unrelated story), and in both shows most of the episodes are both written and directed by different people (or based on stories written by different people). They are also both a mix of fantasy, horror and science fiction. The first one is actually animated, with shorter episodes, and each one has a different style of animation, which is very cool in my opinion. There is a lot of talent behind those 2 shows but I think they have gone a bit under the radar for most people, and it would be very cool to see your reaction to them (I also think you would really like them, specially the first one).
