In the second case, I remember when it first went public and how devastated everyone was. The 13 year old girl’s name was Tristyn Bailey and she was a loved cheerleader, the knife Fucci was using even broke while he was taking her life. In the court, her sister had a glass jar and filled it with 114 marbles one by one to symbolize each stab he did. Her life was even taken on Mother’s Day which makes this case even sadder.

I covered several murder trials for newspapers. In one, a 15 year old described without emotion killing a man with the help of an adult. The killing was a robbery. The juvenile might as well have been talking about fishing or writing a book report. No remorse.

Those kids will be feeling more justice in prison from the back side.

This shows that even minors are capable of the most heinous crimes. Wake up, people.

Psychopaths were all children once. Psychopathy can be treated but not cured. That's the challenge to the justice system. These stories aren't novel. For some of the inmates Christmas has come early.

Please understand each State has their own Laws. For instance, NJ does not have the death penalty. Judges must use the Laws before them for sentencing criminals.

You are right, Thurston, never kill your friends, the cops will catch you for sure. Choosing a stranger to kill is more likely to fade the heat and get you off scot free. Merry Christmas.
