The soft falsetto was her signature style. She said she wanted to separate herself from the pack. She said that, she was a soprano and if she wanted her voice can be very powerful. You have to read what Micheal J Powell said about her voice before she came into the industry. He did an interview for a magazine awhile back. And also, Quincy Jones thought she was Christina Aguilera at one time. Because Aaliyah was prank singing to him over the phone, and thought he really was Christina Aguilera.

Aaliyah was a fan of Whitney and their ability to transition is very similar some people are born with that ability because she could do the transitions as a child.

4 page letter was so underrated her vocals amazing in that song it was always one of my favorites from her. I have all her albums, I wish her family would just let her unreleased music out it's sad Aaliyah definitely would've wanted people to hear it. She was saving her powerful full voice singing for later her career she wanted to stand out using her powerful falsetto and angelic tone then transition as she grew, she was on her way to being an icon had she lived she was already famous outside of America she didn't get to see the full potential of her work sadly.

You should react to "giving up" by aaliyah the song she sung for whitney it's on youtube. There was a video of it with over 400,000 views but it got taken down. So you will probably find one with over 58,000 views. Aslo it's "giving up" not "never giving up"

Rihanna is terrible doing a live show unless she puts the effort honestly she really disappointed me at the last concert I saw her in all she did was dance and tell the crowd to sing along she didn't sing much smh. To be honest before she came out her voice wasn't even developed enough it's like they just spotted her and threw her on stage and only gave her minimal training and I know Rihanna can definitely sing way better than she does.
