Again, what i have said and many others. Alexandra Irene Thomas Rodriguez will never lose weight successfully until she resolves the mental issue. At this point, she really needs therapy at least 4 times a week. she needs to do the mental health work.

It is a very severe food addiction to be gaining weight within a year of gastric bypass and almost back up 100 pounds, 2 years out! I got therapy 2-4x month for my food issues and lost 100 pounds within a year and have now lost double that and kept it off within the past 5 years of attending therapy about 2x month! No meds or surgery personally, just therapy. The fact that she has had 2 weight loss procedures and cosmetic procedures and still is nearing her heaviest, which btw is 200-250 pounds overweight for her! I’m the same height as Alex and I was 350 pounds so I do understand and it’s miserable! Absolutely miserable! The help she received medically and still struggling shows that lifelong therapy is honestly needed at least 2x week, maybe even a support group as well! If she is a true narcissist though, they never truly seek out therapy and therefore she is never going to pursue that Avenue! She will only use therapy for whatever she wants, meds or to get surgeries etc and not actual behavior modification!

The only thing during my pregnancy that blew my mind was that my food allergies DISAPPEARED. It was awesome! It didn’t happen until like month 6 and lasted almost til the end of pregnancy (baby born a month early). But it was so fun to eat rice, barley, and peanuts again for a few weeks lol. I’m also allergic to fish and shellfish but I didn’t test those bc I don’t like them anyway. 😂 Otherwise my cravings were just like one month salty stuff, one month sweet stuff, etc. I started craving coffee and Mac n cheese (not together lol) a lot in the late 2nd and 3rd trimesters. I was never a coffee drinker before that and now I drink coffee almost every day since then lol

She's 6 months pregnant? Has she talked about feeling the baby move yet? Omg my daughters knee was under rib so bad sometimes, then she would roll to one side and stay there. I will be shocked if Alex has the stamina to deliver this baby. We know she's getting that epidural, whether she can deliver naturally or by c section. But, I seriously don't see her having the physical and mental strength that it takes to naturally deliver a child. Godspeed to her but Alex is scared of her own shadow and she has no idea what is to come. Wanna bet she's going to make a huge deal of this breastfeeding situation, I think she's going to be too lazy to keep up with the demand.

@@ImJustReacting the only junk food I'll eat after having the vsg. I will do in salsa sometimes but hospice is where it's at for me. The only trains why I eat them are bc it's 9g protein per 1/2oz serving low sodium around 150mg. Depending on brand lower in call compared to other types of junky foods n there s brand called Epic that makes baked rinds which are 3g fat p/svg their usually sold at BJ's alittle more expensive depends on what your looking to avoid or get out of the snack. I haven't tried Epic yet but very very soon. The 8th was my one yr. N 3lbs shy of 200 down. Still have some more to go we'll get there. I'll tell ya gotta bite the bullet suck it up n just go for it. It take allot of closet cleaning to get life in order to have a successful outcome, immediate family, emotional, financial support all play equal parts. Have to show a stall in loss of about 2-3 months B4 skin removal while being at target or very close.

I didn’t have any cravings, but I had food aversions. I absolutely love coffee, but I couldn’t drink any during my pregnancy, even decaf. Even the smell of it bothered me. Also certain vegetables turned me off.

I hated every food for the first 4 months and could only eat smooties with protein poweder. I threw up pertty much every hour for the first 4 months and then it was a few times a day after that until my son was born. I was unable to go grocery shopping due to my food and smell adversity. I also threwup all over the city in where I lived, I would even wake up in the middle of the night to go throw up. Before becomming pregnant i would drink oj all the time and while I was pregnant I was unable to as it would induce vommiting right away. It was so horrible that I would never be pregnant again. Medications for this were still really new so I prefered to suffer than to take something that I was not sure if it would harm my baby.
