Facts, redstone is easy...I can't lied. You just need to learn the basic stuff first. For example, you need to know cirscuits, redstone clocks, t flip flop...after you know that all, you just need to make a 'short cut'...for the example, redstone clocks...you know you can do it using 4 repeater and then powered it...so make it become more simple...use 2 hoppers facing each other and then put 1 Item on it...don't forget to put comparator to detect how much item in the hoppers...
