Jinx is most likely not dead. There are few reasons for that: - When Jinx is falling, we see a memory, but Jinx and Vi are sleeping, so that can't be their memory, so it's Vander's - Just as explosion is happening you can see a purple straight line, this is Jinx using her dash - Caitlyn looking through plans at the end and seeing air ducts, means that Jinx escaped through them - About that ship at the end, if you go back to 1st episode of season 1 around 5:13 and wait for Powder first line she says "One day i'm going to ride in one of those things" - After that there is text "The End" in Jinx font (might just be a artistic style or can be interpreted as hint that Jinx is not dead)

Nah he aint no winner, he is Noxus property, and will be sent to Ionia to help on the invasion/war, he lost everything he wanted, cant see his daughter, Orianna, no more, became a war criminal, wanted everywhere and only Noxus will keep him safe, until he isnt usefull anymore. Chances are, he will die alone away, from his wife grave and from the only person, alive, he ever cared about

@JoaoGabriel-vm8my all of that was thrown out a window once Ambessa died. He was her property. Now he's still a criminal, but I doubt that will hinder him in any way. It's possible he will still get dragged (or drag himself) into the Noxian wars, but as it stands right now, he's a free man.

@@magicfibre Thats the funny part, Ambessa didnt die, beeing added to the game automatically shelters her from it. Gangplank - another League character - really dies in his lore, but he got brought back to life, Riot did that with Yone as well, he was dead, in Yasuo's lore, but they revived him. So, probably, Mel saved her or even Singed did, we see Swain's crow in the last episode so he most likely knew of Ambessa and Singed deal and threathened him into it. Also there is no way he dont become a war criminal, since he is a pivotal part of Noxus momentary success in the Ionia invasion, there is no freedom for him now, his involvement pushes the lore foward for a lot of characters so yeah he lost.

@@magicfibre What im saying my guy is that there where League characters "dead dead" before, and they all came back to life someway, heck Orianna was dead dead and she came back to life as we know her in game,Vander was dead and became Warwick (and we didnt even saw his full transformation so he is stil alive cuz they didnt changed the face of his Arcane skin), the gangster that became Dr. Mundo was dead also, Gangplank, Senna, Yone, Mordekaiser. For them to be summoned in the Justice Field they have to exist, as a ghost, a deity or as a fisical beeing. The only really dead characters in LOL are the ones in Shadow Isles - Kalista, VIego, Thresh, Hecarim -and Pyke, from Bilgewater. But thats it, you dont have to agree with me, just note that Arcane hasnt changed the major events of that we knew in the lore. So they hardly will with whats coming next. Peace ✌.

It's worth mentioning that Powder/Jinx all throughout the show met all the markers/indicators for BPD and I'm SO thankful that Riot did not do what so many other media have done and leave off with her as a clear cut evil villain. People with BPD do hurt other people whether it be emotionally or physically (usually the former), but they are incredibly complex individuals who are capable of good things if they are surrounded by the right people and in the right environment. They need people to assure them that they aren't all bad and they need to hear that they are capable of great things, because usually they only ever hear and start to believe that they are terrible people. BPD sufferers are way more likely to attempt suicide than other disorders which was also represented in Arcane. It's estimated about 70% of all sufferers will attempt it in their lifetime, and even if they don't succeed in this, they self destruct in other ways that significantly lower their quality of life and health. They almost always end up alone and without any support due to the tendencies of their disorder, which causes people to leave them, but they also have a tendency to leave even those they care about, often thinking it's for the benefit of the person they're leaving. Tons of people out there have a story to tell about being ghosted by someone with BPD. People with BPD have a life expectancy that's roughly 20 or more years less than the average. It's a torment for others around the person with BPD, but it is also a torment for the one with BPD. They are almost never happy even under the best of circumstances. I'm really thankful that Arcane is playing a part in raising awareness about BPD and C-PTSD and even Schizophrenia even if it was done in a really over the top and fantastical way. This was one of the best representations of mental illness in fiction that I've seen yet.

4:45 ekko’s time travel reverses him back to the same position but doesnt reverse the damage he took, so he kept getting caught right at the edge of the explosion and reversing and taking a little bit of the explosion damage each time. Its a really interesting drawback to his powers that make him still able to lose a fight if he makes the wrong move one too many times without being able to undo it

I definitely get more 'romance' than 'bro' in that bromance viktor and jayce have going on😂 But I also love how Jayce seems so evil for killing Viktor in the earlier episode, but Viktor is the one who made him promise to destroy the Hexcore before he got transformed. And in the end it was the last thing the 'real' Viktor ever asked of him. Of course he had to fulfill the promise. But he'd already watched Viktor die twice, he wasn't going to let him go alone this time.

I'm late I know! One of the many breakdown videos (I think by toonaholic) mentioned why Ekko was missed by Viktor's "hands". We see three enter the hexgate, but Jinx dodged one of them, so the hand/tether meant for Ekko was the one that got Jinx and gave Ekko the chance to stop Viktor

At 32:00 I think it's quite clever of Mel. She doesn't know much of her BUT ... She knows, it's a mage, deceiver and quite intelligent. Her mother feared her a lot, enough to banish her, protect her. She killed Elora just for a show. She killed Kino. And she manipulated her to get what she want (whatever she REALLY want). If she leaves her with Ambessa. She will torture her, break her, get information, use her or her shape/face to do things. It was a sister, but never an ally. At this point she could destroy bot of them. AND show Ambessa that she is strong enough. I think, it's a simple action, way more clever than I expected

My favorite bit is the Jayce and Victor connection. Because you COULD imply there was a romantic connection, but that wasn't spelled out blatantly. And imo it wouldn't ruin the narrative. But I don't think of them as the gay guys in love. I feel that's almost doing them a disservice. The writers for this show did a PHENOMINAL job showcasing that you can have the deepest, timeline bending connection to someone without it being sexual. In nearly every timeline, they find each other. They held a bond so strong and pure that there was literally nothing that would really separate them. Call it bromance, call it two gay guys who can't fess up feelings, but I'm finding it to be the example of Philia love that I've always wanted to see portrayed. And they NAILED it 🥲

Multiple things point to Jinx surviving: S2E7: Vi fights because she is afraid of losing people. Jinx knows that Vi will never give up on her or Vander. S2E8: In Jinx's mind, Silco tells her that only way to break the cycle of killing is to walk away. Which Jinx tries by killing herself, but gets dissuaded by Gigachad Ekko S2E9: Frame before explosion happens, you can see pink streak rushing to the wall of hexgate. Then we see Caitlyn looking on schematics of hexgate, holding part of Jinx's bomb and finds out that there are duct vents where streak escaped S1E1: Powder says looking at zeppelin "I'm gonna ride one of those". S2E9 ends with same zeppelin leaving Piltover east towards the sea. So it's either going towards Noxus, Ionia or Bilgewater. Christian Linke confirmed on Necrit's stream that next story is already in the works, focusing Demacia, Noxus and Ionia. So make out of this whatever you want

If we consider these three Jinx is probably heading towards Ionia considering the airship was flying over water as both direct paths to Noxus and Demacia would go over land. Also I could be wrong but I believe Linke said they were "considering" Noxus, Demacia and Ionia. Imo The Invasion of Ionia would be a neat next step for the story to go.

Noxian's are known for using spies. It's likely that Maddie is the one Salo referred to when they were keeping eyes on Caitlyn. She's the only junior officer serving in Caitlyn's squad and she was also the first of the enforcers to do the Noxian salute at Caitlyn's ascension

So for Singed’s ending his daughter has been implied to be a character called Orianna. In the LoL game there is a champion called Orianna who has a fully mechanical body and has a white and gold color scheme and her description was that she is from Zaun and was fixed by Victor. Given how Victor’s influence turned people into that white/gold bio-mechanical body, Singed either got Victor to directly cure his daughter or he managed replicated what Victor could do and that became his daughter’s cure. This also now makes another family relationship to the LoL game that wasn’t established prior.

The "tears" for Warwick at the end weren't actually tears. If you recall in episode 8 after Mel and Jayce severed Viktor's connection to the robot thing (Huck) it leaked fluids from it's face too. So that was just signifying Warwick was no longer connected to Viktor but his apex shimmer regenerative beast body was now in control again.

I have only one grip with this season: Just to that we all are on the same page... Jayce plan was always to give present Viktor the message of the future Viktor he met so that Viktor would see the issues he is causing... He was sent back for that very purpose. But when meting present Viktor, he decided to blast a hole in his chest without saying anything or explaining or giving the message despite the close proximity... for reasons... despite the plan already being giving the present Viktor the rune and message... and thus make sure that more people dies instead of fixing the issue before the war... and it being the act sending Viktor into his deranged path in a self-fulfilling prophecy caused by the very act of trying to stop it as Jayce himself was the nail that convinced Viktor he had to act this way...

Just so you know, Jinx is NOT dead. Right before the explosion there is a pink streak of shimmer just like when she dashes. In the following scenes you see Caitlin looking at a scheme of the air ducts from the place she fell. The last scene is a Zepelin leaving Piltover. "One day, I'm gonna ride in one of those" ~ powder s1 ep 1. We begin and end with the same image of a zepelin.

Just a couple of things to clear things up (I know a few people have already mentioned some below too): - Ekko left his "Heaven" where he had everything he wanted and the final scene shows him sat in the same place he was sat with the other reality Powder in that universe. He left the perfect life to save his friends, to save everyone, just to be alone and lose Powder / Jynx rather than having the chance with her. His story is indeed the most heartbreaking! - As the explosion happens if you slow it right down you see two trails go in opposite directions, one pink (Jynx Shimmer) and one Golden (Victor powered Vander), never found a body and remember... Vander was hit with 3 exploding hextech balls in the weapon from Isha and it barely scratched him, the grenade had a single one, Caitlyn knew this and was looking for a way she could have escaped. Silco (whilst Jynx in prison in her head) said about "Leaving everything behind" to Break the Cycle, not dying. - and finally... in the very first episode we see the airship and Powder says she will one day ride on one and explore the world... we finish with a scene of an airship and then some Jynx style writing grafitti saying The End. So Jynx/Powder leaves to break the cycle, letting everyone including Vi believe she is dead so they can get on with their lives.

Viktor talks about the "sublime intersection of order and chaos," and that's exactly what we see at the end. Jayce was the most important part of the plan, Ekko nobody could have planned for in a million timelines, and it took both of them together for Viktor to be stopped. Order and chaos (Also, if you look at the rune on Jayce's gemstone, it's the same one Ekko inverted to create his time travel device back in episode 7. If that rune had been anything else, Ekko would have failed to create the device and never made it back in time for this fight. "Flawless, exquisite chaos")

You're spot on with Cait investigating the ducts. The piece you're missing however is one League lore heads know very well. The crows that have been following Jinx, and as we saw in the final scene have 3 sets of eyes, were depicted sifting through the wreckage of the hexgate where Jinx's final explosion happened. These crows belong to Swain, the leader of Noxus. So the implication here is that Swain saved Jinx and is bringing her to Noxus... for... something...

To add to your Jinx is on the ship theory. In one of the first episodes, the powder looks up and says that one day, she wants to ride on one of those exact ships. So it's a callback to that. There is also a pink streak that comes out of the granade explosion headed straight at one of those ducts. So yeah, Jinx probably made it, and we will probably see her again.

Maddie was a plant by Ambessa from the beginning dude. It had nothing to do with Vi. Ambessa even told Vi her leaving left a void she was able to fill (with Maddie). Also random character might actually be a young Jhin, due to the piano moment he has. I can see how this war would have warped him into the psychopath he becomes.

The black rose mage who u see cloked in shadows, and able to change form's thrue her illusions is a champion called LeBlanc, no one knows what what she realy looks like, and tbh the one u see get blasted was probbly a magical clone (she has many everywhere), so the "I see your face deceiver" Mel is refering to LeBlanc as shes know as the deceiver, and thanks to Mel's powers she probbly know's what shes looks like, and yes it probbly was her plan to use her to take her mother out / incapacitate her and turn on the black rose. although in game leblank has a outdated champion model they need to change her to this version cloked in shadows.

Just so you know, a lot of the main characters most likely survived. Jinx, like you said, they never found the body and Caitlyn was looking at the vents, from where Jinx could escape and maybe go to another place (Maybe that airship is a reference to that), Warwick/Vander has super regen he is certainly alive, Jayce and Viktor just disappeared, most probably were teleported to another place, Heimer is a yordle and that race can´t die because their soul just goes back to their birthplace and they gain another body. Honestly, only Ambessa really died but even then, given how strong Mel is getting I wouldn´t find strange if she somehow was able to revive her in some way
