They first performed at MMA in 2016 so I'm pretty sure you haven't seen all of them yet but don't sleep on their MAMA performances either. They're just as amazing and in some cases even better imo (MAMA 2020's Life Goes On with the Suga hologram is still one of my all time favorites). Btw my guy, just saw the last anime tournament vod, where you compared The Pormised Neverland to GoT. No, it's much worse. Season 1 of neverland was so much better than GoT. Man, you might even call it one of the top 3 best first seasons there are. Similar to Attack on Titan, but even better than that imo. The thing is season 2 was everything you didn't want to see as a fan. GoT was mostly just rushed. The promised neverland season 2 was a mistake.

Jimins fan dance was so good he won an award and single handed caused a huge surge in Korean interest in traditional fan dancing. The flex that they were accused of being “too western” and showed how much Korean pride they have here in a flex only they can pull off. 💜💜💜

Thank you Luke!! BTS incorporated elements of traditional Korean culture in this performance & I think they did this to show the antis that they are not westernized. From their modernized Hanbok attire to their cultural dances by the 3Js, a lion dance with traditional instruments accompanied JK's performance, same with Hobi's. Jimin even received an appreciation award from the 3rd Kim Baek Bong Fan Dance Preservation Society of Intangible Cultural Heritage for his now famous fan dance. BTS always performs with a purpose and meaning. That's a testament of their excellent artistry.💜

The behind the scenes of this performance is so fun to watch as they coordinate everything. I think “Not Today” at Wembley was so excellent! Also, if you haven’t checked out BTS performing with Seo Taiji at his 25 year anniversary concert from 2017, it is soooo fun to watch. Seo Taiji is the father of modern k-pop and BTS was so honored to be asked to perform 9 songs with him. Seo Taiji and Boys split up in mid 1990’s and he’s about 50 years old now but he looks and performs like he’s the same age as BTS. Maybe watch the original version of “Come Back Home” which BTS changed the lyrics slightly when they released it. Use Enjoy BTS More’s” version because she adds reliable English subs.

All lucky Army who have gone to a concert know that they are the best performances ever. Every concert is amazing cause they give all on the stage and the energy is always huge. I am always amazed by the "hugeness" hahah of this stage!!! Colors everywhere, so many people on stage. The finale is a crazy party.

I must say this is one of my favorite live perfomances they did on an award show... but i liked the MMA 2019 performance a little bit more. I mean they did an almost 40 minutes long act on an award show, which artist can do that. And the show was unbelievable amazing... What they did there.. They pushed themselves to the limit, just to show ARMY and Korea how good they are.

Hi Luke amazing video love it as an army just wanted to add that Jimin was a dancer before he joined bts , he had insecurities when it came to his singing and his voice but he has always been an incredible dancer though he had a different dance style than his brother at BTS. I think it's in Burn the stage, in Chile. The heat and altitude got to all off them., Hobie was beat, but sent his people to help JK who was DONE, but kept on going.

Tae's, 'Brrrruh' is the highlight of Idol for me. I think it's one of their favourites to perform and one of the most difficult. Although Yoongi said it was ON and Black Swan which finished his shoulder off I'll never know how he managed to perform this with the large arm movements in the choreo. I love the Hanbok style outfits in this too. Then there's Jimin looking soooo sexy. Of course you should go back over ones you've reacted to before because they are well worth doing again and again and again. MAMA 2019 has the inflatable leopards which were huge.

Great reaction Luke. This is an amazing performance. I love the live performances the boys have so much energy. If it’s BTS related happy to watch anything. Looking back over your reactions I couldn’t see if you had watched Coldplay and Jin live performance of the Astronaut. Chris Martin did a speech before Jin sang and because it was his last performance before the military it was really special. I can’t imagine what Jin was feeling as he came onto the stage xx💜💜💜

Great reaction Luke! I think it's wonderful that you do a 2nd look at some of their award show performances now that you know them. I think they all give their all during their performances, but I saw where Hobi cautioned Jimin and Jungkook on pulling back a little because they pushed themselves so much. Hobi seems to know how to manage his energy. Also, one of the shows mentioned that they measured how far Jimin moved during a particular performance. He seemed to run around to different positions more than the others and had to get to his new spot and sing right away. He also is the one who does flips and seems to kick his leg higher in the choreo. This probably makes him more winded. The BST choreo has the one part where Jungkook and Jimin are the only ones who go to a handstand and lower their bodies slowly. All those moves takes more out of you during the performances. Might be why they are so tired at the end. I also liked when BTS performed with Seo Tai Ji in 2021. It was epic!

Hi Luke - I'm absolutely certain that this performance was at the 2018 MMA not 2019. 2019 was when BTS ended with Dionysus. I have to admit the Melon logo on the video does appear to say 2019 so I'm a bit confused to be honest!

Please go back and look at 2019 MMA. This is great too but it’s 2018 MMA (someone put a different label on the video possibly to get around copyright). 2019 MMA is Dionysus and is unlike any other performance I have seen. 💜

Luke, you are right, I have noticed in all the concert videos I have seen never once have I seen Jin and Jhope show any tiredness what so ever, I have actually seen Jin holding V up in a particular show and asking RM if he was alright during a dance and back stage Jhope telling staff to check on JK and Jimin .. another one with a lot of stamina is Suga👍 .. that performance of Idol, you are right, I have never ever seen a performance from anywhere in the world quite like that .. Idol will always be fantastic followed closely by Black Swan and Dionysus, best best performances ever man as only from BTS 👍👍💜💜🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is actually from 2018, not 2019 😅 It’s when they performed Airplane Part 2, though IDOL was shown during the 2019 MMAs as a past highlight! The 2019 MMAs had a different vibe with their performance of Dionysus.

For me, it's a tough call between this one [MMA 2018] and MMA 2019... *BUT* - the full performance from *MAMA 2016 is utterly sublime* - if for no other reason than this is so much earlier in their career and it is mesmerizing : kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWPEaqqurLV6p6c Boy Meets Evil/Blood, Sweat and Tears/Fire It was just before the mega J curve sweep and it shows exactly where the rocket engines about to blast them into galaxy superstardom came from :)

Day 74 of recommending the Beyblade openings. There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!

Of course they have all been exhausted. You can see them collapse into their chairs at the end of their Dionysus performance, and DNA has gotten them a couple of times. I think with J-Hope is that he is just really professional and knows his limits on stage. There are plenty of times where you see him telling the other guys to slow down or calling someone out for being too energetic. Jin I think does the same. He is good at knowing where his energy needs to go. But yes, they all just have an insane amount of energy. When I saw the video of them hitting the gym AFTER a huge concert, I almost died. Edit: Have you seen the clip yet of the other idols shaking in their chairs because of this song? Epic.
